Great experience with this dealer and sales consultant Kristen Renn. Honestly, my husband and I were drawn back to Ken Garff Hyundai by the outstanding customer service, their BACK-U-UP program (which I hope we don't need to use, but nice to know it's available), and their warranty/protection program for used cars. We looked at many used cars at many dealerships (including other Ken Garff locations) along the Wasatch Front for several weeks. Kristen and Ken Garff Hyundai made us feel like they had our best interest at heart and they weren't pushy (or on the other end of the spectrum - indifferent). The finance people were friendly and easy to deal with - getting us an even lower rate than our credit union had quoted us. As we were finishing up our paperwork well after closing hours on a Saturday the general manager (Sam?) stopped by to introduce himself. If I have anything less than exceptional to say about our experience it is to suggest to potential customers that they check the windshield of any car they are considering purchasing for cracks and make arrangements in advance to have those fixed (or ask to have the amount to fix them deducted from the price of the car) before driving the car off the lot. Overall, a VERY GOOD experience that exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this dealer and sales rep (Kristen).

My dealings with Ken Garff / Christina Neves was exceptional. Christina was very personable and friendly and knowledgable about the vehicles. She worked very hard to get me a deal I could handle financially. She also made sure that my car was ready when I needed it. Her professionalism and prompt follow up to make sure I was satisfied with my car was awesome! Every thing went fine. We like the car. For the money...
Every thing went fine. We like the car. For the money it is a great little car and we are consistently getting around 32mpg in a combination of city and freeway driving. Time will tell if it is a solid car after some years of use, but with the long warranty, should be ok.

Very satisfied with the Ken Garff dealership friendly and courteous people. We told Ed what we wanted and he delivered. We will always recommend this dealership to friends and neighbors. We really liked how we were not attacked when we walked into the dealership.

I had been looking for a used Entourage/Sedona because of the vehicles balance of price and quality. Keith was the most knowledgeable and approachable salesperson I had come across during my search. It didn't hurt that he was offering a far better price for a better vehicle either. The sale went through quickly and efficiently, the entire staff working on the sale performed their duties without my really noticing the work going on.

Exceptional sales & customer service. Christina knew the key benfits od the Sonata over every other comparative brand and made the sales experience great. The Sonata is one of our favorite cars we have ever purchased. I suggest Ken Garff Hyundai to anyone.

Great experience! Clean dealership with great inventory! The staff was not pushy at all and the new car buying experience was as smooth as can be. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The price of the vehicles were reasonable and arguably, the best with a fantastic warranty to back to their cars!

My experience at Ken Garff was great. Brad was wonderful to deal with, and got me what I wanted. He has also been great with follow-ups and is reachable for any questions I have had even after my purchase. I would be happy to highly recommend Brad without any reservations.

I live in Billings, MT. I ordered a new Sonata SE Turbo from our local Hyundai dealer on Nov 6th, 2010. After 4 and 1/2 months it still had not arrived. I found a Sonata exactly as I had ordered at Ken Garff Hyundai using the internet. Brad McClure contacted me about it and we set up a time and date for me to come and buy it. Brad was great to deal with, had everything set and ready to go when I arrived, and rates top notch in my book.
