Hyundai purchase
The actual purchase experience was pleasant enough. The sales staff worked hard to find me the exact model I wanted even though it was in another state. They set up some of the blue tooth features for me and the negotiating process was probably the easiest I've had at a dealership yet. My biggest complaint is that after the sale I was asked to return multiple times to fix errors on the contract. This was very inconvenient for me and I felt that the expectation was that I should drop everything and come in, when that is just not always a possibility for me.

It seemed great until after I signed
Feels like a typical dealership. Everything sounded great but now that I have the final bill, I'm not happy. The overall price is higher than agreed upon. The monthly price is also higher.

The sales staff and managers were very helpful and very professional. Danny was great! I never felt pressured. All the information was given to me upfront. And constant communication was made throughout the process.

Best dealership
I love Ken Garff downtown, have purchased two cars from them, and both were such a good experience, in just an hour, you have a car. No pressure to buy something you don't need or want, they listen to what you are looking for and find that car for you. Very friendly!
