Wonderful service
The service organization is on top of it. I had been using the dealers service off and on for 7 years, but routinely as needed in the last few years. The professionalism and use of tech to communicate and keep me informed gets better and better. Good work. They’ve earned my trust.

Salesman misrepresented condition of vehicle
They say on their ad that every preowned vehicle goes through a multi point safety inspection, a reason we went there. And when pointed to concern on possible oil leak in engine the salesman, Areyan, said it was a possibly two things but not a big issue. And again said how this care is in great shape. Feel he misrepresented the vehicle condition (was convincing) and took advantage of the inexperience of a 22 year old that he was aware had limited funds. Less than a week after purchased after the salesman said there was really nothing to worry about, this car needed $1400 worth of work to replace timing belt leaking water pump sway bars and cam seal. Extremely disappointed in this reputable dealer. It is understood that the car is purchased as is but needing $1400 worth of work in less than one week after purchase shows the quality or lack of quality of the multi point inspection.

They are a great Dealership. They work very hard
I have a Genesis I only gave them a 4, because: When I bought the car I was told I would receive a mini car detail whenever I came in for service. Now they tell me they are not set up to do that. They say they Listen, but only when it suits them.

Great experience at Ken Garff Hyundai
Just bought a new Hyundai Kona and it was a great experience. Sean my sales guy was friendly and not pushy at all. Robert the finance guy was easy to work with and treated me well. I highly recommend Ken Garff Hyundai downtown!
