Always the best

I always come here from Queens because the service is remarkable! This is my second time with Lil Greg and he helped a lot! I truly appreciate their service ALWAYS!!

First hand experience

Paul was the one that serviced me and it was a smooth and prompt experience. He was very polite and well mannered. All of the times I have stopped here for servicing or anything wrong with my vehicle so far has been a good experience. Paul was able to accommodate me ahead in my place in line because I was just in for a minor fix. Will be back again.

Efficiency and Prestige

I never go to any other location, and my most recent trip was one of the best I’ve ever had. When I arrived I was attended by Gregory Michel. Despite my inexperience in the whole service process, he was very professional, and patient. He answered all my questions and made the experience as easy as can be. If I could have him as my attendant every time I would never have a complaint.

Millennium Honda Service Center Team

It turned out that it was going to take much longer than it should have for the service that I needed, but Kevin resolved that and got me into a loaner. In the meantime, he kept me updated on the situation and worked with Lilly to get me back into my car as soon as possible. (A wonderful example of team effort.)

car maintenance

i was very pleased with the way Esterlin addressed the entire process from the time i dropped off my car and followed up with me every step of the way until i got my car back. routine maintenence

Everything was smooth and a lot better then I expected it to be for a Saturday. they were busy but still treated me with individualized attention. I will be back

oil change

Robert Rofrano was very helpful & professional. He wasn't pushy & promised to have me done within an hour & 30 minutes. This was my 1st best experience w the service dept. all because of Mr Rofrano's great customer service skills.

Excellent service

When I had to change my battery I lost my radio code so I had to come in to millennium Honda to retrieve it I was very happy with the service I received I will have my car serviced hear from now on.
