Excellent service department and customer service.

Excellent service department and customer service. Service advisor was friendly and knowledgeable. My car was still dirty from the latest weather we had and the service department washed my car before they returned it to me.

The guys in service were very polite, courteous and timely. My Equinox was serviced and finished with in a half an hour. I was early for my appointment and got right in.

I wouldn’t recommend Rod Hatfield to anyone if you don’t

I wouldn’t recommend Rod Hatfield to anyone if you don’t like being lied to you will not be satisfied. Dylan Creech lied to us about pretty much every detail. Wouldn’t text or call us back and we paid more than the Kelley blue book value that he also lied about. Go anywhere else but there!
