Sammy was great. Purchased a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L and so far I am loving it. The internet price had went down overnight and I called and they refunded the money.

Wonderful car-buying experience!
This was by far the BEST car-buying experience I have ever had!!! Everyone was so friendly, pleasant, and helpful. My salesman, Mr. Bob Szal, is an absolute gem. He went above and beyond to ensure I got the car I desired even though I thought I would not be able to get it since I still owed so much on my trade-in. Anyone who is looking for a hassle-free experience where people genuinely want you to be successful, you need to head over to Fort Mill Ford. The 2-hour drive for me was absolutely worth it!!!

Great service
Had the sun roof repaired. Fort Mill Ford provided a vehicle while mine was being repaired. There were issues on a previous visit, but this time they hit it out of the ball park. Kept me informed as to the repair progress throughout the day. I am very pleased with their customer service. Will use again and I recommend them.

Trade-in
I met with Ron Kirby and Blake Boyd today to exchange my 2013 VW CC for a 2020 VW Passat. Ron helped us with everything we needed, and continued to show great customer service by checking on us every few minutes while we were waiting for our paperwork. Disappointing
Long story short I took my car in March 12th for repairs, kept car one month paid almost 600 for oil change and co engine light. Picked up car Friday check engine light back on want to now charge 768. Very upset trust is gone Ft Mill Ford

My appt was for 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:25, and check in...
My appt was for 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:25, and check in was easy. I was told it would be done in 45 minutes. I returned at 4:15 and my vehicle had not even been taken into the shop yet. (I had to cancel my clients 5:00 meeting). When it was done, we went to the cashier to check out. The invoice said n/c, so she assumed it was under warranty and closed it out. But my service was actually being covered by my reward points. Difficulty arose trying to get it done that way. I have spent hours with Ford Pass taking care of the glitches standing in the way. I have also spent ours trying to reach the only person at Fort Mill Ford who can handle my invoice. Doesn’t make sense to me, it’s such an easy fix. Yet four days of phone messages and glitch fixes, it is still not taken care of. I’ve done my part. I’ve tried other service help, the call center, direct voice mail to my service rep, I even tried to give the solution to the cashier! At every try, I was informed my service rep is the only one who can take care of it. Personally, I have the problem fixed. If the company wants to get the reward points they earned for the services rendered, then the service rep will need to reach me on the phone. No more messages 8 minutes before you close. No more call center telling me she’s unavailable. I will need to be reached by the ‘one and only’ person who can handle this. It is just too frustrating at this point for me to keep calling. No messages please. She needs to reach me.

New Buying Process
Moved to Fort Mill in 2007 and have bought a few vehicles from Fort Mill Ford but this was our first with the new buying process. From start to finish Ron Kirby made everything quick and easy ! Will be buying from there again.
