I was able to initiate my deal by phone and came in to

I was able to initiate my deal by phone and came in to work the deal with no surprises driving from an hour and a half away. It’s always a time consuming process, but the team was ready and did a nice job of expediting the process.

How stupid can management get by adding and advertising a

How stupid can management get by adding and advertising a 3% credit card surcharge? Better yet, put at least 8 hand printed signs everywhere in the building to remind the customer. Why not bury this expense in your costs? You immediately make your customers upset with this.

I cannot say enough about this dealership. I had an accident while home for the holidays, and needed the best vehicle possible to purchase once mine was totaled. My salesperson Jason, the used car manager Marlon and Julio in finance were absolutely amazing!!! They worked with me to get the best deal possible! Spent less than 2 hours at the dealership and that included picking a vehicle, test driving, negotiating the deal and in finance. They literally bent over backwards to be of great assistance to me. Great energy & Best experience to date in purchasing a vehicle!!! I highly suggest this dealership and my sales person, Jason for purchasing any vehicle u might be looking for. I will be referring to anyone I know here in the Charlotte and SC area to go here ?

I had a very positive experience at Ft.Mill Ford. I worked with Peter on the phone and later during a visit to the dealership. He was tireless in his efforts to make a deal happen for me. We found the used car we wanted online and arrived at

We found the used car we wanted online and arrived at 630pm. The dealership closed at 8pm. We had a test drive, negotiation, deal, paperwork and temporary tag by 830pm. The salesman Peter answered all of our questions without any pressure and made the experience easy and stress free.
