They had excellent customer service skills. The technician took care of me very quickly. Tell me what he thought. The problem was, and got my car in for an appointment in a timely manner. I highly recommend going to Fort Mill Ford for your cars service.

Our salesperson William Kennedy made my dream purchase happen. Ford had delays in our truck build, but I was always kept informed. when I received the truck, he assisted in make sure everything I needed done to it that production couldn't get done happened.

Service Dept did not communicate with me at all!
Service Dept did not communicate with me at all! They completed my recall/repair on early Monday afternoon. On Tuesday evening, they called but did NOT leave a message; why would an employee make two calls and not leave a message? Because the caller ID said "Spam Risk", I did not answer it. I spent Wednesday calling multiple phone numbers for FM Ford Service, but no one answered the ringing phone. Finally, I talked to someone in Sales who patched me to Service. The manager (who was very polite and apologetic) told me my car was done on Monday but did not see any notes that someone called me. How long should a car sit there before someone decides to call the owner or leave a message or notice that the car has not moved?
