Very professional, no high pressure, helpful in explaining and setting up all features of the vehicle and sync our phones. We did not feel rushed or pressured. Very satisfied.

Brought Truck in was charged $250 for diagnosis it was

Brought Truck in was charged $250 for diagnosis it was the Cadillac Converter, wanted to charge $2400, it only had 84K miles, tried to call service Manager 4 times left messages, never received call back, brought to another Ford Dealership in Florida and was charged $150 for another diagnosis and $1500 for the new converter, bought another (3rd F150 there) while the work was done to our 2019 so your loss Fort Mill Ford we will travel 6 hours to get integrity from another dealership! Called today to make a complaint to Fort Mill Ford and so far I have been on hold 30 mins and still waiting, who has time for these Shenanigans, folks do your homework, this Dealership is ripping people off at home!!

We regret to hear that you are displeased with your recent experience with us. Fort Mill Ford only sells and installs OEM Ford parts. The catalytic converters we quoted were OEM parts that are priced identically to all Ford dealers. You were able to obtain aftermarket catalytic converters at another dealership which certainly reduced your cost but does not provide the same quality or warranty coverage as an OEM Ford part. I apologize that we did not provide that explanation when you visited. - Fort Mill Ford Management Team.
