Great buying experience

I just bought a new F-150 from Gary Cyr. Gary is a all real pro and was very helpful in helping me wade through all the options and find just the right truck for me. Overall a great buying experience. This is the second truck I've purchased from Les Stumpf Ford and I give them my highest recommendation.

Buy your vehicle and BEWARE poor service

Buy your vehicle at LES STUMP and BEWARE of any customer service that will follow. Once they get you out the door you are as good as gone! My experience with KIM in Service at Les Stump was extremely unpleasant. Initially she promised a rental car during Recal work on a Ford Edge for the brakes. We arrived for the appointment and there was no rental car avaliable due to the EAA. When I schedule the appointment with KIM nothing was mentioned (1st error) When I rescheduled with KIM I called to confirm 1 day in advance with KIM at which point she personally confirmed the appointment. When we arrived it was scheduled for the day I arrived so I had missed the appointment at which point KIM's customer service was non existent. She never once apologize and was rude and unaccommodating. She said "nope" we cant get you in for tomorrow. I am a 23 year customer service representative for a fortune 500 company and this was very poor

I just had an oil change, tire rotation and new key made. Everything went very well, check in was smooth and quick and the wait for the car was reasonable. Waiting are was clean and nice.
