Mel was very easy to work with.
I found a 2002 Ford Escape on Cars.com and called them to find out if it was still available, which it was so we drove from Inland Empire to go check it out. Mel was our salesman and he was very honest and easy to work with. I gave them a cash offer to which they accepted and the process was very smooth. One problem was when we test drove the vehicle it seemed fine but on our way home it started having an issue which turned out to be one of the coils on the spark plugs. They offered to have me bring it back to them but I choose to just fix it myself to save the gas money. There are a few other minor things wrong with the vehicle but that's not to be expected of a 11 year old vehicle. Overall my experience was very good. Would recommend.

Bought a 2004 CLK 320, color baby blue convertible. Bought the car at 15k. Sales rep Tom was very helpful. Once the transaction sale is finalized, your on your own. Only had the car for 2 days. Did not drive the car for 15 miles. Noticed a leak on the engine and transmission. Brought it back. Service Manager would not fix it since its not covered by the 30 day warranty. I had no choice but to call my bank and stop payment. That car is still on the lot priced now at $14,800.00 Just beware. Not even worth buying for 10k at 90K miles. Left the car at the dealership and emailed the financed managers and no response or phone calls. Not even a single letter.
