Faster car purchase for me. In an out in an hour with papers signed quickly and the sales person explained to me all the features with no rush even though he ended up missing the holiday party. I very much appreciated this hassle-free interaction.

All displayed prices are 100% false. You will not get anything from this seller except wasting your time. I tried to contact them by email. And I tried to get the full price of the car before I went there like the other people who write negative reviews here. All they could do was to try to attract me there by any means they knew. There is only one thing I can say for you who are reading this : Cheap cheese is only put in a mousetrap!Value your time and stay away from this dealer. Add at least $5,000 to all the listed prices and go to dealer if you like.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! My father in law needs a little inexpensive SUV. I looked online and Anaheim Hyundai had a '23 Tucson for $22,000 advertised, so I went to see it. I had a very nice and informative sales guy that brought me to his desk to look up the car. As I'm sitting there, a sales manager across the sales floor starts reprimanding an employee, using foul language. Super unprofessional to do in front of a customer. I already started having a bad feeling about this place. Anyway, we test drove the Tucson, looked it over and all was good. I said ok, $22k plus tax and license, great, let's write it up! He said he isn't responsible for numbers, but he would bring the numbers guy over. Now Tarik comes over with a sheet that has $22k plus tax, license and then "After Market Costs." These totaled almost $8000, (I think it was actually $7700+), but you get the idea. I told him I didn't want anything extra, just the car for the price as advertised. I was not trying to get any money off, I wasn't trying to haggle, I agreed to pay the price that was advertised. This is when he said, "We have other similar cars." He instructed the salesman to show me some other cars while he went to check with his manager, I guess. I said, no, I want that one and I'll pay you what you advertised it for. Tarik comes back and says he can remove all the after market costs except one, $1900. So now they want me to pay 23,900 for a car that they advertised for $22k. I said no. This is when he starts showing me other Tucsons on the the computer. I again said no. He explained to me that the one I want has a 'Market Value' that is $25,000-$26,000 and he can't sell it at $22K. I asked why would it be advertised as that? He showed me some fine print that said there may be mark ups or whatever. He said that they put that fine print right under the ad, most dealerships put it way down at the bottom. Tarik, that doesn't make it better. He then told me, if I looked at Carmax, or Auto Nation, they would list this car at $25,000 or $26,000. Tarik actually just told me that other dealerships are honest with their pricing, his is NOT. I literally tried to buy a car, (paying cash, mind you), for the actual price they advertised, and they said NO. They did offer to show me other cars. Hyundai of Anaheim, I don't care what your fine print says, I'm pretty sure they call that Bait and Switch ...

This review is for the used car buying
This review is for the used car buying experience: They are in the business of selling "optional" add-on packages, NOT used cars. Optional is in quotation because in their eyes, these add-on's are mandatory to get the deal done. Similar to past reviews, they'll verbally agree to a sales price to get you to visit in-person only to inflate the out-the-door price once you sit down to negotiate. To add insult to injury, the customer service of the management is absolutely nonexistent. Rude, condescending, and unprofessional - the embodiment of a "snake oil salesman".

I an very satisfied with my new Santa Fe. We stayed very long hours before everything was done but it was worth the wait. Our agent Juan V was very patient and really persuasive to have this deal. Thanks a lot to him and Hyundai Anaheim.

I arrived at the dealership intending to purchase an advertised 2023 GMC Acadia and they REFUSED TO HONOR THE ADVERTISED PRICE insisting the car worth more and they could not sell for $29,000 despite the fact they had lowered the advertised price MULTIPLE TIME ON CARS.COM in the previous days!
