Avoid Sales and Service at this dealership. Our delivery experience was horrific as our vehicle wasn't ready nor was it charged, the salesman told us our car would be built in Germany but the build plate shows it was built in Alabama, and he made promises that weren't kept, and now that we've had the $97k car for a year, they won't provide a loaner vehicle for it's 1st service appointment, while Audi, BMW, Lexus, and others all do so. You will not receive a good experience, you will not feel valued, and wait until you see how quickly and how drastically a Mercedes depreciates in value compared to other brands! The worst purchase I've made, but I won't repeat the mistake. I've had great experiences at Penske Dealerships in Turnersville and will stick with them rather than risking it with Cherry Hill Imports Auto Group that apparently could not care less whether you're satisfied or not.

Our total experience here at Cherry Hill Mercedes with Jesus has been very low stress and efficient. Jesus is a knowledgeable sales person and very helpful!

Let me start by saying that I plan on getting rid of my vehicle this year because the service at Cherry Hill Mercedes is so bad. I do not recall a service appointment that was less than a 2 hour wait and that’s with appointments. My recent oil change wait was over 2 hours..  Minutes after leaving  I notice a leak from my windshield washer fluid (there was no leak when I arrived at the dealer).  I was told to come back in a couple of days and they would fix it. I arrived when they first opened the doors and was told it would take about an hour to fix. Three plus hours later and over a hundred more dollars to fix a problem that I didn’t have before coming in has made the decision clear. This vehicle has to go because I have no intention of ever returning to this dealership. 

Sage was a pleasure to work with. He was patient and went above and beyond to ensure I got the car I wanted. He paid attention to what I desired and chose the best options for me to decide. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I would 100% recommend working with Sage to purchase your vehicle.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Jesus Colon. He was quick to respond, got us the deal we wanted but also took a lot of time to show us all the features of our first electric car the EQB 350. He even had us take turns driving to really make sure we were comfortable with the car and all the features. He has still been so helpful after our purchase and stayed in contact. Do yourself a favor and request him if you buy from this dealership.
