I'm new to Toyota, love the availability of early morning
I'm new to Toyota, love the availability of early morning appointments. Check-in process was smooth and efficient, i was kept up to date on the progress of the service, and immediately notified once the service was completed. The only area for improvement was that i had ordered a part to support the service and wasn't notified when the part arrived. After several days of waiting, i followed up, had to reorient the service department on why was calling before scheduling the service to install the part. Otherwise a good experience.
