Extremely happy with the care and service I received for maintenance on my Toyota Camry. Tim Fox made sure to explain what was recommended, and brought me to look at my vehicle with the technician before any decisions were made. He even helped prioritize what was most urgent and what I could schedule for my next visit. I appreciate the the time he took to understand my needs and budget.

This is a no nonsense place. They have a great service department, low dealer fees, and reasonable prices on all their vehicles. I have done a lot of business with Toyota of Rock Hill over the years and have never been disappointed.

My 2017 RAV-4 needed service.

My 2017 RAV-4 needed service. Ryan was my service advisor. He was very professional and polite. The car was given a full diagnostics and was serviced to my satisfaction. They recommended me of 8 things but I got the two most important items done. I had a good experience with them.

Not at all impressed with the finance manager, manny, our

Not at all impressed with the finance manager, manny, our salesman did a very good job, however we waited 2 hours for the dealership to detail the car and when finished it was still dirty and not vacuumed. Getting back to the finance manager, it seems that he must deal with unsavory people as he came across as being untrustworthy and frankly is the reason why I would not recommend this dealership to friends or acquaintances. Manny would do well at a dealership that has more respect for their customers.
