Excellent service from Derrick and the whole staff!

Excellent Dealer

In February 2017 I bought a Toyota Yaris, and have had one visit to their service Department. I would buy a car and have service with this dealer again. They accommodated my needs in every way. I have recommended this dealer to a friend who was looking to buy a car, and would recommend them to you. They have no hassle pricing on car sales. Their Service Department gives a 10% discount to verifiable AAA members.

OK to BUY but DON'T trust the service or body shop

I am so done with this place so after a 2-page letter to the general manager and owner, I will keep this short. Their service department are not to be trusted and the body work is horrendous. The same paint job was done two times with the same "orange peel" effect (common when the paint has been contaminated). This must be their standard. The purchase process was fine but my advice is to take a vehicle you are interested in purchasing to your own trusted mechanic for a full inspection. STAY AWAY from service and body work at Bourne's.

I am sorry we were unable to live up to your expectations. Our body shop performs 100 major collision repairs per month with almost all of the insurance carriers in Massachusetts and have virtually no returns for quality. The "orange peel" you pointed out to us was evident throughout the whole car much of which had never been painted. Every car is expected to have some level of this even out of the factory. Keep in mind this vehicle was 4 years old and had 69k miles on it, so it would not be expected to be perfect. I reached out you personally after reading your letter, agreed to repaint your hood and reimbursed you for a repair performed at another dealership. We repainted your hood, free of charge and provided you with a replacement vehicle. When you picked up the car you were happy with the repair. Some two weeks later we received this review. I again reached out to you and totally you I would pay to have the vehicle repainted at a shop of your choice, I never heard back. Michael Kelley General Manager

We were not sure what type of veh we wanted . the sale rep show us many option and let us test drive several that we liked and when he felt he knew what we were looking for he guides us to the vehicle We bought . He paid attention to detail

Very satisfied with car and Kenny

Very satisfied with the Toyota Rav4 my wife and I bought from Bourne. Also very happy with the service provided by Kenny. Nice guy, handled all the things that needed to be handled with our car. He also patiently showed us all the knobs and buttons in the car, so we know how to operate the car without fumbling later on to find where the wiper knob is or where the button to adjust the side mirrors. Fair pricing on the car, without having to negotiate. Also no pressure as is normally with other used car salespeople.
