Auto Haus on Velp

I bought a 2009 Chevy Silverado 1500 from this dealer in July of 2012. After recently obtaining the car fax report I found that the truck was a rebuilt salvage and was not nearly worth what I had paid for it. The carfax also showed that the truck has odometer issues. After contacting the dealer and expressing my frustration, they offered to buy it back for $7,000 less than I paid them less than ten months ago. I am stuck with a truck that is not even worth what I owe on it now. I value honesty and I did not receive any honesty from Auto Haus on Velp. I would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy! Please get a carfax before you buy any used or new vehicle. I feel like the biggest sucker they have ever seen!

Bought a uses 2007 Lincoln Mark LT. Emailed Auto Haus on Velp to inquire about the vehicle and the possibility of shipping it from the dealership in Wisconsin to where I am stationed in California. Got an almost immediate response, and they took of EVERYTHING for me. Even delivered my vehicle straight to my front door! From the first Email to me getting the truck took only about 12 days and was effortless and painless. Got a great deal on a beutifull truck in just about brand new condition and barely had to do a thing myself. Highly recommend this dealership!!

This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car and one of the best experiences overall. I have worked in sales for over 15 years and I will definitely be a customer for life! Bradley and his friendly and knowledgeable team were able to answer all my questions over the phone and email, which made for an easy purchase for me as I drove 4-1/2 hours to pick up the car. Based on the information I was given prior to the drive I was very confident in quality of the vehicle (2003 VW Passat GLX) I ended up purchasing. The few issues I did bring up were very quickly addressed and resolved to my extreme satisfaction. I left a very happy customer and felt like I was part of the gang as well. I've bought more than 20 cars over the last 50 years and this was hands-down the best experience. Price negotiation went very fast - none of the usual "your killin' me, so I'll come down $20 at a time", Price was more than fair and the truck looked very clean, so I drove 6 hrs to check it out. One hour 15 minutes later, I drove 6 hrs home - In my new truck! Record speed for processing the sale, accurate description, and a fair price. That's what all car buying experiences should be like. Bradley rocks - If I ever need another car, I'm looking here first.

My wife had brought a car here 2 yrs a go, it was painless. Bradley explained every step and still takes care of her when she finds an issue or thinks there is an issue. Well, unexpectedly last night my trusted Honda Accord EX V6 busted it's lower ball joint. With so many miles, and such an older car, I decided to upgrade to a newer car. Again, this experience today was painless. Bradley and Co let me take the car for an extended test drive so I can show the car to my wife. She then took it for a test drive. She liked it also. I texted Bradley to start the paperwork, less than 1 hour later...BAM, I'm home with the car. I decided on a '08 Mazda 3 S 2.3 5 spd manual.

Bradley and his staff were amazing, went way out the the way to make the process easy...so easy that my husband ended up buying a car too!
