We worked with three different people who all seemed to work so well together. Justin, Alec and Jeana were very helpful and kind. Not pushy at all! They respected what we wanted and showed us different makes and models that actually fit our price range without going thousands over. They made the buying process quick and easy and really worked with us to get us the best deal. I would highly recommend them. Knowledgeable and friendly. Totally worth the 2.5 hour drive!

Quite impressed with the flexibility of this dealership. We trusted them because they trusted us .... they let us test drive it alone which doesn't always happen AND they let my wife drive it 90 miles to show me, keep it overnight & bring it back the next day! We found a couple mechanical issues that were not on the disclosure but they explained & remedied ALL of them after their exam of the vehicle. They were efficient & fast to close the deal, no dawdling or additional "sales pitches", took time to give us a tutorial on the features, filled the tank with gas & sent us on our way.

I bought a 2500 Dodge Ram after searching for months from Auto Haus. They had a ton of great reviews and I can assure you, I now know why! I had some issues with my truck and they completely fixed. Shopped around, and connected with Bradley at Auto Haus. Found the MINI I was looking for on his lot in great shape. Bradley carried on a dialogue with me over a week. He remained patient and responsive all the while, and worked with me on a great deal. We will definitely be purchasing our next car here.

I have to tell you I dont usually enjoy the car buying process. I have purchased at other facilities over the years and NEVER met or talked to the manager or owner. Bradley was so kind and you could see it resonates throughout the dealership. Justin and Alec were equally friendly and helpful! I purchased a vehicle but not before taking it to my mechanic to inspect it for peace of mind. Justin had no issue with that request. Much to my surprise some of the costly maintenance items were already done!! Fresh oil change, brand new brakes and rotors, and even tuned up with new plugs, etc. Bradley professed that they "set their vehicles up right" so customers dont have worries or issues to deal with. He was absolutely honest and it held true!! I WOULD HIGHLY recommend you giving them an opportunity to help you. You won't be disappointed!
