This was the best car buying experience a person could ask for. The employees of Auto Haus reminds me of a family. They care about you and are so friendly. They offered to give me a ride to return my rental vehicle and by the time i got back I just had to sign and go! Very organized and knowledgeable of everything to do with selling and buying a car!

Bradley and his entire staff were extremely helpful and more than willing to do whatever I needed help with. They found me a great rate on my new vehicle and even came out to my house to help me get my old vehicle running again....for nothing. I haven't been more comfortable working with people I just met, they truly treat you as you'd like to be treated anywhere. Love my new truck!!

Still can’t believe what a sweet ride I walked away with! Woke up this morning to a beautiful Caddy and feel just as solid about the decision as I did the day I bought it. My family has known this cat for 40+ yrs and I highly recommended him only after knowing him for a couple weeks. Told him the type of car I wanted and he delivered. Went out of his way to address and improve my terrible credit. Brad and his team are class acts that make you feel at home. They are not only dedicated to putting you in a pristine vehicle, but genuinely care about your satisfaction. Great atmosphere and am proud to call these people family now. I am in the car business and am always leary dealing outside of my dealership but I came to Auto Haus today to look at their Escalade Platinum ESV and was pleasantly surprised. There was no pressure to buy the vehicle and Jeana, the Finance Manager found me a better rate than my own credit union and Bradley the owner was extremely pleasant and helpful as well. Our experience with Bradley started in 2009 with a rescue 300 miles from home. Our car broke down on a freeway in the middle of nowhere. One call to Bradley and...a tow truck arrived in 20 minutes, Bradley's truck arrived with a vehicle (carefully chosen for cargo space and the ability to handle the Rockies) at 6:45 the following morning and we were on our way to Wyoming. A few days later, Bradley's driver arrived in WY with our perfectly running car. Who does that? Bradley! Because of our absolute trust in Bradley and the Auto Haus our current vehicle purchase involved an email, a phone call, a quick test drive and our "new" Escape is in our garage! Absolute trust in a car dealer is rare, but it is a given with Bradley.
