Wonderful experience. Mike was the consummate professional - helpful, knowledgeable, thorough. He ensured the failed battery was troubleshot and replaced. Communication was solid and ongoing. Car was returned on time, running properly, and cleaned on the inside and outside. (Thank you for that too!)
