Bad Apples in Bunch

They have some dishonest people working on mechanical issues with the BMW cars. I purchased a 7 and 4 series from them for me and my wife. I recently paid $1,785 to have my front control arms replaced as well as a wheel alignment done on my 2012 BMW 750 LI. Apparenlty, someone loosened a bolt on my steering rack so that when I turned my steering wheel, there was an ugly loud clicking noise. After researching the problem, I took it back to the White Plains BMW, and suggested what the problem might be; it took them 2 days to find that my suggestion was accurate. They further claimed they corrected my wheel alignment, however, they said I needed 2 new front tires to have a better alignment. I paid them an extra $785 to place 2 new runflat tires in the front of the car, which were suppose to be balanced. When I received my car back, the steering sound was gone, however, the steering wheel was shaking badly when I went over 50 miles an hour. I then decided to take my car to a local bronx shop, where we found that White Plains BMW had not performed a wheel balance on my car’s new tires, as evidenced by the wheel balance machine reading at the Local Bronx shop. After paying again to have the wheels balanced, I realize that although the car drove better, there yet remained a slight “slipping” in the steering wheel. Now, since I don’t trust the mechanics at the White Plains BMW, I will take time out of my weekend plans to go to a local mechanic and pay again to make sure all of the bolts governing a wheel alignment have been correctly and safely tightened. 👎👎

Best MINI Dealer!

It is hard to imagine a better experience at any car dealer. This is my fourth MINI from MINI of Westchester. Patrick Forman is a great Motoring Advisor. I will never forget my first MINI when he picked me up at the local train station (in a MINI) and drove me to the dealership to take delivery. Patrick handled everything over the phone and via emails to make my experience the best and most efficient possible. He was very patient, knowledgeable and professional as he answered my many questions about the car, options and pricing by email (for all four MINIs!). I shopped at a number of dealers and the pricing was the best by far. Clinton Ma, the MINI Sales Manager, helped me to finalize the pricing and delivery on my latest MINI (pic below). Clinton has always been extremely helpful, and is clearly an expert source of information on MINIs and the car industry. I look forward to continuing to be a loyal customer.

The best dealership that I have worked with to find my X5.

I call and spoke to Dan Caposella and told him what I want and price range. He invite me up to show the inventory in hand. I did not see the car I want but I got a feeling that he knew exactly what My family wanted. He Invited me to speak to thefinance Dept, but no pressure. Two weeks later he found the car and forwarded me all the pictures and paperwork needed to purchase. I bought it the next day... Dan call a few time to follow up and 7 months after purchasing to see how I like the car. Now I write a review to say thank you Dan my family loves the car

Impeccable service and attention to detail.

The service team at Ray Catena BMW is without a doubt outstanding; however, there is one member of the car care staff who exemplifies customer service and he is Mark Davis. My new car needed care and Mark offered effortless support and direction without exception. Mark is an active listener and simply put gets the job done. Best Experience of my life after 20+ Car purchases

I purchase cars every 2 years, clearly not wise financially but I consider it my 1 guilty pleasure. My usual frequent dealer experiences are usually the dreadful process that incentivizes me to not purchase a car. I'm extremely busy work long hours and don't have time for games or BS I know what I want and consider myself very informed so I want to get right to the point and the bottom line. I must say bar none my transaction with BMW of Westchester has been beyond my expectations the most positive, customer centric experience, no hassle, transparent and respectful of my life. The total approach to the deal purchase, process and delivery is honest, transparent and customer oriented. Those are adjectives never used when describing car salesmen. I live 38 miles away and drove by multiple BMW dealers while searching for a very specific BMW and I am extremely happy I did. They have set the bar extremely high for anyone I would be purchasing a vehicle from in the future. Special shout out to Dan Capossela the ultimate gentleman that takes it to the next level in customer experience. It is one stop shopping, Dan did it all no discussing things with a finance mgr no back and forth delay tactics to sell you nonsense you don't need.

Great service!

Seth did an outstanding job! We were in the middle of a 3 hr trip when we hit a pothole and needed two new tires. Seth was professional, worked with urgency and even ran to bring our car around so we could get back on the road. Awesome experience. Treated us like family. Great job!

Excellent Customer Service

After some less than excellent experiences with both BMW sales and service departments, it is refreshing to find a Service Advisor who actually cares about doing a good job. Purchased one car at BMW of Bridgeport and one at BMW of Westchester and after experiences with almost every BMW dealer in Fairfield County, CT as well as BMW of Westchester and Mt. Kisco, Seth is the only reason I continue to service cars at BMW and the only advisor I'll work with. He understands what is happening, keeps the customer updated throughout the entire repair or service process, is never defensive and argumentative, gets the job done, and puts the customer first. I would also highly recommend Asher Trinler at BMW of Westchester for sales for making the purchase process fast and seamless and providing a low pressure buying environment.
