When I first came in I was just looking and he didn't pressure me to move forward but reassured me about the cost of the vehicle and my options. I came back in to purchase the car and he was ready to help me with the purchase including speaking to my insurance company and taking care of the DMV. Couldn't recommend a better person than Coach
