Awesome Buying experiance

From walking into the cool design showroom complete with expresso and comfy furniture, my experience was a pleasure. Julian my salesmen and Nicole in the finance department made this experience actually fun.

Larson is #1 for a reason!

This dealership had the best prices in the state of Florida for a 2018 Tiguan SEL, hands down. I visited, called, and compared prices at many of them before making my way over. Larson, our salesman, was willing to go above and beyond to make a deal with us. He worked hard to get us at a number we were comfortable with and oversaw the entire deal until we drive off of the lot. Would definitely recommend this dealership and Larson!

Good experience

After my car stopped on the highway, they check my SUV top to bottom didn't find the cause but update the system to make sure that is wouldn't happened again.

Amazing Service

We drove up to Gunther from Miami because they were the only dealer who had the color combination we wanted. When we arrived we found out they had the car driven over from Delray before we arrived. We were delighted. Sergio was a no games salesman and we really enjoyed our experience.

I went in to get the a/c repaired

I went in the get my a/c repaired but after picking the car up I got a low battery charge warning. I tried to speak to someone all day the following day and had no return call. I drove the car back to the dealership on my way home from work. Thanks to Alicia, they took a look right away. It ended up that they replaced the battery. I find it odd that the very same day the a/c was fixed that the battery went bad. It was the end of the day on Friday when all was fixed and no one really explained what had happened. I am happy that the warranty covered everything.

Suzanne, during your first visit to repair your AC, your technicians reported everything had gone smoothly. Your AC system was experiencing a leak within the evaporator which was then completely removed, replaced, reinstalled, and re-tested in order to ensure proper AC operations. In regards to your battery concerns, unfortunately there just isn’t a warning when a battery is about to fail. Nonetheless, we are so happy to hear that your warranty was able to cover each visit and that Alicia took great care of you throughout your entire expereince at our service center. If you should have any additional concerns or questions in regards to your visit with us, please contact our service center who would be more than willing to help!

SERVICE MANAGER HAD A BAD DAY!

brought my 2019 volvo in for service to this location after having done business with them in the past. service thec was 15 mins late for the appointment... of course I was 10 mins early...put my car in for service and I was aggressively told NO LOANER CARS unless its a warranty repair... I even mentioned to the service manager that i have rental reimbursement for $50 a day. after getting a real bitter feeling and the manager throwing out big names of the owner and the General manager, I headed the advise of the service manager to take my business "down the street" to Weston Volvo. HAPPY to say for me I called and made an appointment with Weston Volvo the second question they asked me "would you like a loaner car... I couldn't believe how i was talked down to at Gunther, and I will not be bringing any try to ruin your customers and try to put a smile on every persons face :)

Sadgunthercustomer, it's unfortunate to hear that you were unable to complete your entire service visit with us. We appreciate you taking the time to express your feedback and share your experience at Gunther. You recently came in to have your 10K mile service completed. We explained that we do not provide a loaner vehicle for basic maintenance due to the fact that they usually run less than two hours to complete. As your vehicle was being taken back for service, your advisor contacted the shuttle driver to give you a ride to Starbucks (per your request). This is when you decided to have your vehicle returned back to you and taken elsewhere. We understand your frustrations for not being able to receive a loaner, but please know that every dealership varies in their loaner policies depending on the number of vehicles in their fleet and availability at the time of the request. With a limited amount of loaners available, we offer Enterprise Rental on-site at a reduced rate of $35.00 per day for customer convenience. We hope this helps to clear things up and provide you with our side of the story. We thank you for your time and Happy Holidays.
