I would not recommend Mercedes-Benz of Westminster.

I would not recommend Mercedes-Benz of Westminster. My experience was very disappointing. Instead of trying to understand and resolve my concerns, the conversation began with, ?You have to remove your bad review.? That is not how customer service should work. Reviews are based on a customer?s personal experience, and no one should feel pressured to remove or change them. Later , I visited Mercedes-Benz of Littleton, and the difference was remarkable. The staff was welcoming, respectful, professional, and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service. They listened, treated me with courtesy, and made me feel valued as a customer. The contrast between the two dealerships speaks for itself. I sincerely appreciate the professionalism and customer care shown by the team at Mercedes-Benz of Littleton.

Bought a new Sprinter for a new business venture.

Bought a new Sprinter for a new business venture. Came in on a Saturday and Steve Brown quoted a price that was very competitive. Gave me his cell number and was very communicative.

Very professional, courteous, thorough and on time. Easy loaner arragement. Technician provided a video of the maintenance. Work was completed in reasonable amount of time.

Error did not get fixed still getting the SOS inoperable.

Error did not get fixed still getting the SOS inoperable. They did an update to software for gps and error. Tyler was great to work with and very helpful.
