This dealership?s service has been improving a great deal over the last year or so. Phone calls, texts, and emails are returned promptly. Appointments are very prompt also. Nate Manzanares is a wonderful service advisor! Amazing management and communication skills, including often deftly handling very difficult customers with graciousness yet firmness. High level of knowledge about the inner workings of Mercedes vehicles. Also patiently takes the time, even in the middle of a sometimes chaotic environment, to explain to customers how those inner parts work, and why the repairs are truly needed. Bottom line: Nate truly cares about his customers! Doesn?t get any better than that! Thank you, Mercedes of Westminster, for hiring quality employees like Nate! Please keep up the good work!

Left me with an empty tank of gas.
Left me with an empty tank of gas. Fuel light on. It had gas when I dropped it off. I found that to be a bit ridiculous after spending the amount of money I did to fix the vehicle
