I brought my car in for service and I was amazed at the

I brought my car in for service and I was amazed at the detailed record they had on my car even when I had a smog check done elsewhere. Manny was my service agent and he was clear on what my vehicle would need and he called me when they had a report so that we could go over it. I truly loved the video made by the technician to show me all aspects of my vehicle. Very thorough and professional. Such friendly service.

I bought a 2018 Accord at this dealership and have

I bought a 2018 Accord at this dealership and have serviced it here since then and have always been satisfied with their professionalism, friendliness and knowledge. Unfortunately when looking for another car they didn’t have what I wanted. I bought a 2020 Civic and starting taking it here for service just yesterday, Jose helped me and he was great. Past experience with Bryan has always been exceptional. They keep you updated on the work being done to your vehicle and let you know as soon as it is ready. I have personally spoken with Lyle Ota, to let him know how exceptional I think his associates are.

Our vehicle was towed after service department was closed

Our vehicle was towed after service department was closed for the night and by eight the next morning I received a text notifying me that they were on the case. Our service advisor Gabriel was very attentive and helpful. It was a very positive experience!

My sales rep was and continues to be amazing.

My sales rep was and continues to be amazing. A little disappointed I still don’t have my car , but glad that Honda is taking the fixing of my vehicle ( prologue ) seriously.

Dropped off vehicle and immediately greeted by a service

Dropped off vehicle and immediately greeted by a service member. Clean waiting area has a coffee machine that allows me to select what type of brew I would like. When car completed service I was give a printed report and was on my way.
