Excellent experience with Tanner from Byers Chevrolet!

Excellent experience with Tanner from Byers Chevrolet! After my son's car accident in which he totaled his vehicle, we went to Byers to look at a few cars we'd seen online. The first question Tanner asked us was not which car are you interested in, but he asked my son how he was doing after his accident. We continued to experience great customer service and follow through with Tanner throughout our time. This is the 3rd car we've purchased from Byers in the past 10 months, and we've been very happy with each!

I originally gave a 5 star review. But after less than a year I have to change my review. I bought a 2018 Chevy Trax from Trey in the used cars. Trey went above and beyond for me as well as the managers and service staff there. Thanks Luc for putting up with me and these issues. Shortly after driving off the lot all of the problems started and they have not stopped. Started with a bad line and bad door lock. Since then the turbo was replaced, the engine was replaced, countless lines have been replaced, and it is leaking antifreeze for the 2nd time in less than 60 days. I am grateful they have paid for all of the repairs. However, it just doesn't stop. Either their "mechanics" don't know how to work or cars or I was sold a piece of s*** car. Either way, just coming out of bankruptcy and trying to get back on my feet this definitely is not helping and it is adding more stress to my life. Not how I wanted my car buying experience to go. The Trax has spent more time in their shop than it has in my driveway. I might have put 3,000 miles on it since I bought it back in May 2024 and here it is January 2025. I don't feel comfortable taking it on long trips with it constantly having issues. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Byers. I can't wait to get out of this loan.

After being notified that i needed rear brakes, i went to

After being notified that i needed rear brakes, i went to replace them myself and found the driver rear center cap mounting holes broken out and threads damaged. This was after you guys replaced/repaired TPS sensors. would have been nice to be notified of the situation., and i'd hope a tech would know not to use an impact on these.

The best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The people at Byers were fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. They listened to what I said and could not have been any nicer to work with!

Brett did a great job setting me up with a used car. I told him what I was looking for and he had 2 great choices ready to test drive when I got there. He was knowledgeable on the features for each and the differences. It made choosing between the two pretty easy.

After our truck was stolen and totaled, we need to find a new one. We ended our search at Byers Chevrolet. Brett was our salesperson. He listened to our wants and needs and we found our new truck. No pressure sales tactics were used and that was greatly appreciated. Thanks Brett!
