This was the best experience I have had purchasing a car. Our salesman, Jonathan H., was kind and helpful. He was thorough at answering our questions. I didn’t feel pressure from him to buy a more expensive vehicle because he knew my monthly payment was important to me. Our finance person was also very kind, answered our questions and didn’t waste our time pressuring us to add on too many extra things. That was very appreciated because when I bought my van at Germain Toyota I should have walked out because of how much they pressured me and how they treated me. I felt great about our experience at Byers… so much so that I told my husband we will buy our future cars at Byers.

I went there today to get an oil change and tire rotation, my first time at this dealership. It was a good experience. The service was timely, the staff professional, and the waiting room was comfortable. Only complaint I have is when you check in at the service counters you are basically looking at the back of a computer instead of a person, you can maneuver around the computers but definitely not a welcoming design. I was wondering if they even knew I was standing there.

Our experience was very pleasant. The salesman Brett McConaughey Was very personable and didn't pressure us at all. We went. For a test drive and had our deal worked quickly. The whole process went very smooth and we are very satisfied with our truck.

This was my first time buying a car and it was better than I ever imagined! Nathan was very caring, understanding and even came in on his day off to make sure I could purchase my vehicle sooner rather than later!
