Did not have an appointment just thought I would stop in and see. They accommodated accommodated me beautifully. Everything went very smoothly.

I believe the techs do quality work. The service advisors seem to know their stuff. The waiting area is spacious and accommodating with good coffee. All the staff are nice and pleasant.

Book my service using their app which is almost unusable. Upon arrival the service reception had trouble finding my booking and asked me for all the information I had already entered in the app. Conclusion, the app is useless, call them instead. Once that was done they were very helpful in clarifying some things about my new car and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I even got an informative video of information regarding the work. They completely turned my first impression around. I will be back.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. I was greeted by big smiles and warm handshakes from everyone. My sales person, Debbie answered every question I had while at the dealership and after I got back home. Friendly, funny, accommodating....she knows how to put her guest at ease. They did a great job. But I question the 20 days to repair. I had a rental truck during the repairs. The warranty covered 10 days of rental. Thought I’d had my truck back last week, The repairs were done professionally and I have never been let down by Rhinelander GM Auto Group.

The staff was very kind and seemed to be very knowledgeable. I had set up the appointment for a recall on the transmission and when I got there and talked to the gentleman, he let me know that there was another recall also that needed to be taken care of. I realize that I needed an oil change also so I had asked if they could get that done for me also. He said sure and it would take about an hour to take care of everything. It all took under an hour. So things were done in a timely manner also which was very nice.
