I got my oil changed on Friday. They offered the shuttle service and were super kind and the car got done really quick. I did not leave the house until later on Saturday and upon turning home, there was a large puddle of oil where my car had been. I live an hour away from this dealership and will now have to try to find someone who can fix their mistake on a Sunday.

The staff in service is friendly, efficient, and very helpful. I have been bringing my Lexus to them for many years and have never been disappointed. I appreciate the ease of scheduling. I also like that there is a shuttle service one can use while waiting for the service to be done. All in all, I’m very satisfied with their service and their courtesy.
