They did a great job. But I question the 20 days to repair. I had a rental truck during the repairs. The warranty covered 10 days of rental. Thought I’d had my truck back last week, The repairs were done professionally and I have never been let down by Rhinelander GM Auto Group.

The staff was very kind and seemed to be very knowledgeable. I had set up the appointment for a recall on the transmission and when I got there and talked to the gentleman, he let me know that there was another recall also that needed to be taken care of. I realize that I needed an oil change also so I had asked if they could get that done for me also. He said sure and it would take about an hour to take care of everything. It all took under an hour. So things were done in a timely manner also which was very nice.

I had a tire unexpectedly losing pressure. I stopped in without an appointment and asked if anyone had time to look at it. Absolutely! They brought my car in, removed the nails from my tire, patched it, and I was on my way in less than an hour. I made my appointment in a nearby town. Thank you so much!

Had transmission service done on my truck. Felt the price was reasonable, they got me scheduled fairly quick. They completed the work in the timeline they gave me. I waited in the lobby but they offered a shuttle if I felt like inwant d to leave. I will be next time I need service.
