Unethical and deceptive dealership.
Unethical and deceptive dealership. They advertised a vehicle for $90,000 across multiple online platforms, including their own website, for over four days, yet when I contacted them, they suddenly claimed the price was $98,000 — and had the nerve to say they’d “give me a deal” at $95,000. That’s not a deal — that’s bait-and-switch. This is dishonest, misleading, and exactly what gives car dealerships a bad reputation. If they can’t be truthful about their pricing, imagine what else they might hide once you’re in their office. Save yourself the frustration — take your business somewhere that values integrity and transparency.

I initially started via the website as I live in Tn.
I initially started via the website as I live in Tn. I was quickly connected with Jason Davenport and the communication from the start was excellent. Jason was very helpful. The dealership had the exact truck and features that I was thinking I was going to have to build and have shipped. The low pressure approach by this dealership was a breath of fresh air for me. We were able to get a fair amount for my trade and what we fell was a great deal in the new truck. I dealt with local dealerships in my area and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed in how they handled working with us as a customer. Will definitely consider Andean when it comes time to do business again.

Buyer Beware: Questionable Integrity at Andean
Buyer Beware: Questionable Integrity at Andean Chevrolet While my experience with Andean Chevrolet started off well — I found the vehicle I wanted, and my salesperson (Mark) was responsive and easy to work with — a series of issues at the end of the deal has left me deeply disappointed and questioning the dealership’s integrity. First, I paid to have the front windows tinted as part of the vehicle prep. When we picked up the car, my wife and I both suspected the tint hadn’t been done. Mark repeatedly insisted it had — until we pushed hard enough that he finally admitted it hadn’t been completed. Only then did he offer to schedule the tinting. This kind of misrepresentation is unacceptable and erodes trust. Second, we had a “we owe” agreement for all-weather floor mats and a cargo tray, with a clear plan: use the GM rewards I earned from this vehicle purchase, and the dealership would cover the rest. But when my wife went to pick them up, we discovered that not only were the new reward points used, but they also pulled $175 in points I had earned prior to this transaction — without consent. While Mark acknowledged the mistake and escalated it to the sales manager, we’ve yet to receive any resolution or reimbursement. In both cases, the dealership’s actions suggest a willingness to mislead and avoid accountability. If you choose to do business here, be extremely cautious. Get everything in writing, verify what you're told, and check your accounts closely. A few good individuals don’t make up for a dealership that cuts corners and dodges responsibility when it matters most.

I was very satisfied and pleased with my car buying
I was very satisfied and pleased with my car buying experience at Andean Chevrolet. My sales representative, Chris Thomas, was very knowledgeable about the 2025 Chevrolet Trax 2RS and he was great during the entire sales process. Also, the finance department was very easy to work with and my wife and I are really happy with our new Trax 2RS. I highly recommend Chris Thomas and Andean Chevrolet for anyone who is looking to lease or purchase a new vehicle.

Scott, Thanks for the great review! Thanks for highlighting some of our staff who helped make this such a great experience!
The service center at Andean is second to none.
The service center at Andean is second to none. And with the forever oil change and lifetime warranty you can?t go wrong buying your new Chevy here either. Just had my 2018 in for service and the tech found a leaking oil cooler line and broken motor mount. All that work cost me the $100 deductible on motor train for the mount and $100 deductible to replace the oil cooler line for the bumper to bumper warranty. No idea what the non warranty cost would be but I?m sure much more than $1000. Andean has a great service department and they stand behind their lifetime warranty even 7 years after purchase.

Extremely disappointed with Andean Chevrolet in Cumming,
Extremely disappointed with Andean Chevrolet in Cumming, GA. I put a substantial cash down payment on a brand-new 2025 Chevy Equinox. Less than two weeks later, I was back in the shop. Two months later, the car has been in over six times. The service engine light comes on every time — but I’m told it’s “a different code” each time. I’ve spoken with the general sales manager, sales rep, service advisor, and finance manager (who tried to help), but all requests to speak to the owner or upper management have been denied. The General Motors company later informed me that a certified technician should have been involved after the second visit, which never happened. They’ve now had my car for over three weeks, and I’ve made two full payments on a vehicle I’m not driving — while stuck in a rental. This review reflects my honest experience and opinion as protected by the Consumer Review Fairness Act.

This was one of the easiest vehicle purchase experiences
This was one of the easiest vehicle purchase experiences I?ve ever had. Justin was quick to respond and get back to me with numbers! He did not try to strong arm me into purchasing something I didn?t want as my local Chevy place tried to do. It was worth the 2.5 hr. drive to get the vehicle I wanted at an excellent price. Thank you for being honest and up front!!
