Don't trust dealerships

It seems as though anytime I go into any Toyota dealership they nickel and dime me for services that are always not covered in the lease. When we took a lease on our car at the dealership we were told maintenance was covered in the lease (or warranty). The car was practically brand new and in less than 2 years the clutch goes out and it's not covered under the warranty or lease. I feel Toyota in general basically lied to get a car sold. They used the standard bait and switch technique (I felt so stupid afterward as my wife was so into buying this car and at the time seemed like a useless argument to have in the middle of the showroom), by initially telling us a stupid monthly amount of money to finance and then lowering that monthly for a lease. Anything to sell the car. Now, we're stuck with this lease because buying the car out at the rates of financing these days is ridiculous. Toyota uses unethical efforts to sell cars. I'm a fool for trusting any car dealership I know.

In spite of very long line waiting for service, my Venza

N�o tiverem nenhum cuidado com meu carro

Realizaram um conserto no meu carro q me custou quase 7.000 d�lares. Me entregaram o carro completamente sujo, pneu vazio e o pior, sem bateria. Qd eu parei o carro ele n�o ligava mais, com toda certeza fizeram uma transmiss�o para me entregar o carro e n�o me disseram nada. Fiquei na rua por isso, muito triste ! E ainda tive um custo de 209.00 para comprar outra bateria. Lament�vel!!!
