Quick and Efficient
2nd time had service with them and still impressed with the outcome, making it fast under an hr service and the agent(Pedro) is very knowledgeable on the things that will be done to my Rav4. Explained every service that was done. In addition to that, upon receiving my car it was washed!!!! Who doesnt like a free car wash. Thank you Toyota Auto Nation. Ohhh wait theres more... its complimentary service my second time!!!! Couldnt ask for more!!!!

Only issue I had was there was an incorrect recording of
Only issue I had was there was an incorrect recording of my mileage in and out of the dealership, a differential of 2,000 miles. Sadly I didn't catch it until I was already home and looked at the receipt. So, I ended up returning to correct the issue and receive a new receipt. The attendant was super helpful in the matter and handled the issue very well. Never before have I had an issue in the three other times I've been there.

Autonation has to be the best service center I have been
Autonation has to be the best service center I have been to. I have been going there over 10 years. Customer service is amazing. Cory is my adviser. Most people are afraid of going to the deal for service because they think it costs more, but with auto nation this is not the case.

20,000 service
Normally my service is done within one hour but this past service my advisor apparently left for the day while my vehicle was being serviced and nobody notified me it was done so I sat for 2 hours and finally checked to find out it was done an hour ago and I sat for an extra hour for no reason. Was very frustrated to have been forgotten, my keys were sitting on his desk. The young man that I did approach was kind of enough to apologize and gave me a coupon for my next oil change which I appreciated.
