Very reliable and reasonable prices. Excellent service advisor who keeps me posted at all times. Work performed on a timely basis . Professional diagnostics and resolve mechanical issues the very first time. Service advisor is extremely accommodating as far as appointment is concerned. Free Wi-Fi stations available for all customers as well as coffee, tea, etc... In general , Toyota of Winter Park is a great place to service my vehicles. I have been a customer for 16 years. Convenient location and a friendly atmosphere , I give it a 2 thumbs up !!

Dealership low xxxxx my trade in and talking down your trade in, best if you sell your car somewhere else. Other auto nation dealership offer $2000 more for trade in but this dealership won’t budge giving an excuse. Bought my new 2022 rav4 and had to negotiate with them that I don’t want any dealer installed options. Over all experience was okay and not able to negotiate the car price was a negative experience. Should’ve bought from pinellas park Toyota.

Service was fine and the advisor was nice, but the wait,
Service was fine and the advisor was nice, but the wait, considering I had an appointment, was horrendous. It took 3 hours for what was probably a 10-15 minute service. They shouldn't schedule so many cars if they can't handle that many.
