AutoNation Toyota Winter Park

I'm writing this about a month out from my time spent at AutoNation Toyota Winter Park. I was working with Mr. Dave Davis and Mr. Matthew Adkins. They were both extremely helpful and made my time purchasing my new Toyota Tacoma simple and straightforward. I love everything about my new truck and I can thank AutoNation Winter Park and those two for making it happen. I would recommend those two at this location to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle. About a week later, I also decided to add a bed cover to my Tacoma. Mr. Dave Davis teamed up with Jazmin Pagan went above and beyond to help me get that done. They helped get me a price and really think about what my options were. I was also able to schedule an appointment that same week and pick it up the same day. The process was quick and easy, the work was done correctly and cleanly, and I couldn't be happier. Thanks again for everything and I 100% will be back.

I was greeted right away. They were courteous. Ben introduced himself and had a friendly demeanor. I had mentioned to Ben I have the tire low warning light and it had happened before. I probably need new tires. He told me they would check my tires and let me know. He called me soon after my vehicle was taken to let me know my tires had plenty of tread left. No need for new ones. Wow. He could have sold me new tires and I would have been none the wiser. Thank you so much Ben.

My car sounded much loaded when I picked it up. Now I can hear the gas moving around in the tank every time I brake or turn. I never heard that before. Something must have been removed.

We had an appointment for 9:45 for tire rotation, oil change and checkups of the car. They said that it would be about an hour, and they were right on time.
