Just got home from Audi Wynnewood and I must say my experience was pathetic and disgraceful. My husband and I (9 MONTHS PREGNANT walked into the dealership... with our 6-year-old to look at the Q7 as I am expecting in a few weeks. As we walked in, the male salesperson closest to the door on our right side, got up and walked away. Then as My husband and I walked started walking towards the Q7 which was parked at the back of the show room, we watched as all the sale men just stood there to our right and not one acknowledged us, spoke to us or even uttered a word to us. They just stood at their desk talking to each other and looking over. Once at the Q7, I said to my husband "If no one acknowledges us in the next 3 minutes, I am leaving". No one else was on the showroom floor looking at cars. 3 minutes later, NO ONE HAD COME OVER TO SPEAK TO US OR GREET US. I said to my husband" Let’s go”. As I walked out, they remained at their desk and again, no one spoke. I got to the door, a female sales person that was helping another customer in her office, saw me and said " Hello, did anyone assist you?" and I informed her that not only did no one greet us, acknowledge us or speak to us. At that point, the salesperson who got up when we walked in (who was peeking from the back) walked over and attempted to give my husband his business card. The level OF disrespect, lack of customer service, discrimination WAS SO REAL TODAY. We left and went to the BMW dealership and the service was night and day. They greeted us as soon as we walked into the door and the service was impeccable and amazing. AUDI WYNNEWOOD SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES, THEIR SALES STAFF AND SERVICE. TOTAL DISGRACE. THEY ARE GETTING ONE STAR SINCE I CAN'T GIVE THEN 0 STARS. TOTAL DISGRACE
Hello Fay, We are sorry to hear that you felt disrespected in any way. We are very attentive to our customers, so if you feel that you were missed w...e apologize. What's puzzling to us is that one of our salesmen was speaking with your husband at the Q7 in the showroom while going over the vehicle when you started raising your voice in the showroom. He was fine, but you were not, and we're not sure where the communication breakdown occurred since you were together. We're happy to help with any of your Audi needs and we wish you all the best in your car search.
Had an amazing experience at this location while searching for my ideal car (Q8). Associates at this location are knowledgeable on their inventory. Easily... best dealership in the area!
Audi Wynnewood is the dealership I always bring my car to when I need repairs or service. They get it back to me on time and their loaner cars are immaculate.
I purchased a convertible this week from Michael. He was the best salesman I have ever had when purchasing a car. Helpful friendly and professional from... our first conversation until our last. Even called the next day to make sure I was happy and to see if I had any questions.
One of the worst car buying experiences ever. I was purchasing a Audi Q5 for my mother and I sent over the exact sticker of the vehicle I wanted and the... terms of the lease. The Sales associate Parul agreed to the deal. I was asked to come in and pick the car up at 7pm. When my mother and I arrived at the dealership, the car that they had for us was not the car we agreed to purchase. After we explained to Parul that this was the wrong car he explained it to the Sales Manager Suzanneh. She came over to the table and basically told us that this was the car we they had for us and we could take it or leave. I’ve worked in the car industry for many years and I have never been treated with such disrespect and dishonesty. I implore those who are reading this review do not waste your time going to this dealership.
Dana, while it is important to relay a "bad" experience, in order to be fair to all, let's revisit the total experience. You came to us as a referral,... and we provided you with a premium experience as we do with all of our customers. After several hours of negotiating, we agreed to a price (on a specific car) that you set. We shook hands, hugged, you gave a deposit, and filled out a credit application. You signed a buyers order and purchased a vehicle from us. After purchasing the vehicle from us, you then went to another Audi dealership in New Jersey and asked them to do better. You came back to us with their offer. While we do not renegotiate after a vehicle has been purchased and the terms agreed upon, we made an exception for you and agreed to the new deal. Not only did we purchase the vehicle from another dealership several hours away, we paid to have it trucked here, got it detailed, and we were prepared for you and your Mother to pick it up on our agreed upon day. Hours before picking up the vehicle you called to tell us that you found yet another vehicle with different options, and made a deal with a dealership in Maryland. Again, you asked us to match that deal. And, again we obliged. You knew that we had a similar vehicle in stock, same color as the one in Maryland. And, it was you who referenced it first which is why that is the new vehicle that we made the deal on. You also had our window sticker. Later that day when you came to our dealership, you refused our car, insisting we purchase the car from the Maryland dealer. We did everything that we said we were going to do. It was you who continued to change your parameters and continued to shop around after purchasing a vehicle from us multiple times. Finally, we said enough is enough, and we completely understand the frustration from our two employees, Parul and Suzannah. They worked extremely hard to satisfy your needs. The "dishonesty" and "disrespect" did not come from our end, and we say that with all due respect. While we were unable to satisfy you, we will continue to satisfy thousands of customers every year, as we always do. We wish you and your Mother the best of luck in your car search.
It is not an every day occurrence for me to write about an experience and give a dealership review. We purchased four new Audi vehicles at this Wynnewood... dealership over the past four years. It is an awesome building, convenient location and the vehicles have a flair. My problem is with service, not sales. Debby in sales would do anything for her buyers but her super powers can’t extend to service or management. My experience in service was problematic because the dealership, which handled all repairs and even body work when we were hit, was just unresponsive and returned our vehicle in unsafe condition. We picked up our vehicle from service to find that the car was totally out of alignment. Driving at highway speeds was dangerous. The car was obviously not road tested. This is the car that my son and daughter drive. That wasn’t acceptable. I brought it back and it was at the dealership for forty (yes 40) days. We didn’t have a loaner either during this time. We couldn’t get any response from anybody as to what was happening and after a month I had to get the GM involved. An employee introduced to me as the “top tech” at the dealership indicated that he did “everything he could” but he was unable to fix the issue. Again, that is unacceptable. During my ordeal, I met another car owner with his car at Audi Wynnewood for over a month. He was also furious that he was left in the dark and there was no end in sight. He visited the GM at the dealership before I did. A month is a long time to have a car and it is a simple process to call a client to keep them in the loop. It is inexcusable to ignore the customer. Instead of assuring me that my car is a priority and my business is important to them, the GM wrote to me that most people are happy with service and this was a random and unusual circumstance for service. Great point Kostas! Like that made me want to continue doing business with you! If I was the owner and learned that I lost a four time buyer, I would be pissed. Please remember that a warranty is only as good as the company servicing the product. I am done with this individual dealership and the other multiple mmco auto dealerships. I felt totally disrespected. Audi Wynnewood worked to lose my business.
I went to buy a car they had advertised and all was as it should be. And they got it done with a minimum of time and fuss. I'd go there again.
Cold and unfeeling, I felt brushed off the whole time. The salesman seemed resigned to giving me a test drive. My mom and I have left several other dealers... and said "better than Wynnewood, whatever that's worth."
Aubrey was an incredibly professional and honest salesman. I needed a new (used) vehicle suddenly and Aubrey stayed late to take me on several test drives... and encouraged me to look over the vehicles thoroughly. He combed through other dealership inventories to accommodate all the boxes on my extensive checklist and followed up to ensure I had a good experience. I recommend this Audi, but highly recommend this salesman.
Great place to buy a used car. Cars are clean and they want you to buy the car that you eye up. The wait is long though to do the whole process. I was... there 5 hours, probably because I was trading in a car too. Overall great experience, friendly workers, clean environment, and pretty good customer service.
