Avoid any Audi Electric or Hybrid/PHEV vehicle! The issue is the car - not the service center - or maybe its both given the part took so long to come in.... My 17 day old car has had two repairs and logged 9 days at service center already. You will regret your decision if you buy any Audi eTron option (mine is a Q5e). We regret our Audi purchase and will drive the car I'm stuck with until i can replace it with a different brand. I'm a local active 19103 person who highly recommends you AVOID AUDI. Audis are not what they used to be.
I can't recommend the staff at Wynnewood Audi enough. Go there now! Anthony was kind, patient, and very clear about the details of my CPO Audi Q5. ... He never rushed me and completely followed safety procedures, while letting me test drive a few cars. Other dealerships were too busy or wanted too much information before letting me test drive. I was so exhausted from trying to guess which car dealer would let me actually see a car! Anthony's top notch service and intelligence made it a clear choice. I'll likely return to him for my next car and I'll definitely send family and friends there. I'll certainly be back for service and for more cars!
Audi Wynnewood is the dealership I always bring my car to when I need repairs or service. They get it back to me on time and their loaner cars are immaculate.
I recently bought a car I was looking and contacting there for months about they were very helpful with the whole entire process all though my wheel well... liner did fall out the next day mike lacovara bought and ordered the part for me the same day which was much appreciated glad I got the car there and would recommend too anyone
Once you sign the contract, you can forget ever getting a call back or resolution on any matters including matters of being overcharged, mishandling of... your confidential information (ss#,dob, etc) or for selling Audi Care which was no good after 1yr later /less than 4k mi later... The finance manager Jason is a super busy guy so make sure you have plenty of spare time, the list of excuses are comical really let’s see if I can list....1) printer not working day of vehicle purchase to print all of paperwork which was supposed to arrive in mail. 2) call back a a few times to reach and received partial paperwork by email. 3) tracked down again to get entire paperwork. 4) called to inquire about Audi Care which was sold for partial package which Jason insisted it should be full package which he’d check once his system came up later that day. 5) No call back until 1 week later only to receive a voicemail to saying yes you have audicare..that’s it. 6) tried calling back few times more times but no return call due to Jason being either busy, on vacation, or with other customers over a course of months 7) issue escalated to include GM and other team...but still no resolution or call from Jason. Luckily, after seeking help outside of this dealership I was able to get resolved. Unfortunately, I was not important enough to receive a call back or resolution directly with this dealership on my own.
I had the same experience as Fay. My wife and I walked in and waited while they discussed fantasy football. Told the dealer I wanted a Q7 and he kept asking... about my credit while trying to push me in a Q3. Long story short, I left went to BMW and I’m enjoying my BMW x5
Just got home from Audi Wynnewood and I must say my experience was pathetic and disgraceful. My husband and I (9 MONTHS PREGNANT walked into the dealership... with our 6-year-old to look at the Q7 as I am expecting in a few weeks. As we walked in, the male salesperson closest to the door on our right side, got up and walked away. Then as My husband and I walked started walking towards the Q7 which was parked at the back of the show room, we watched as all the sale men just stood there to our right and not one acknowledged us, spoke to us or even uttered a word to us. They just stood at their desk talking to each other and looking over. Once at the Q7, I said to my husband "If no one acknowledges us in the next 3 minutes, I am leaving". No one else was on the showroom floor looking at cars. 3 minutes later, NO ONE HAD COME OVER TO SPEAK TO US OR GREET US. I said to my husband" Let’s go”. As I walked out, they remained at their desk and again, no one spoke. I got to the door, a female sales person that was helping another customer in her office, saw me and said " Hello, did anyone assist you?" and I informed her that not only did no one greet us, acknowledge us or speak to us. At that point, the salesperson who got up when we walked in (who was peeking from the back) walked over and attempted to give my husband his business card. The level OF disrespect, lack of customer service, discrimination WAS SO REAL TODAY. We left and went to the BMW dealership and the service was night and day. They greeted us as soon as we walked into the door and the service was impeccable and amazing. AUDI WYNNEWOOD SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES, THEIR SALES STAFF AND SERVICE. TOTAL DISGRACE. THEY ARE GETTING ONE STAR SINCE I CAN'T GIVE THEN 0 STARS. TOTAL DISGRACE
Hello Fay, We are sorry to hear that you felt disrespected in any way. We are very attentive to our customers, so if you feel that you were missed w...e apologize. What's puzzling to us is that one of our salesmen was speaking with your husband at the Q7 in the showroom while going over the vehicle when you started raising your voice in the showroom. He was fine, but you were not, and we're not sure where the communication breakdown occurred since you were together. We're happy to help with any of your Audi needs and we wish you all the best in your car search.
Had an amazing experience at this location while searching for my ideal car (Q8). Associates at this location are knowledgeable on their inventory. Easily... best dealership in the area!
I purchased a convertible this week from Michael. He was the best salesman I have ever had when purchasing a car. Helpful friendly and professional from... our first conversation until our last. Even called the next day to make sure I was happy and to see if I had any questions.
One of the worst car buying experiences ever. I was purchasing a Audi Q5 for my mother and I sent over the exact sticker of the vehicle I wanted and the... terms of the lease. The Sales associate Parul agreed to the deal. I was asked to come in and pick the car up at 7pm. When my mother and I arrived at the dealership, the car that they had for us was not the car we agreed to purchase. After we explained to Parul that this was the wrong car he explained it to the Sales Manager Suzanneh. She came over to the table and basically told us that this was the car we they had for us and we could take it or leave. I’ve worked in the car industry for many years and I have never been treated with such disrespect and dishonesty. I implore those who are reading this review do not waste your time going to this dealership.
Dana, while it is important to relay a "bad" experience, in order to be fair to all, let's revisit the total experience. You came to us as a referral,... and we provided you with a premium experience as we do with all of our customers. After several hours of negotiating, we agreed to a price (on a specific car) that you set. We shook hands, hugged, you gave a deposit, and filled out a credit application. You signed a buyers order and purchased a vehicle from us. After purchasing the vehicle from us, you then went to another Audi dealership in New Jersey and asked them to do better. You came back to us with their offer. While we do not renegotiate after a vehicle has been purchased and the terms agreed upon, we made an exception for you and agreed to the new deal. Not only did we purchase the vehicle from another dealership several hours away, we paid to have it trucked here, got it detailed, and we were prepared for you and your Mother to pick it up on our agreed upon day. Hours before picking up the vehicle you called to tell us that you found yet another vehicle with different options, and made a deal with a dealership in Maryland. Again, you asked us to match that deal. And, again we obliged. You knew that we had a similar vehicle in stock, same color as the one in Maryland. And, it was you who referenced it first which is why that is the new vehicle that we made the deal on. You also had our window sticker. Later that day when you came to our dealership, you refused our car, insisting we purchase the car from the Maryland dealer. We did everything that we said we were going to do. It was you who continued to change your parameters and continued to shop around after purchasing a vehicle from us multiple times. Finally, we said enough is enough, and we completely understand the frustration from our two employees, Parul and Suzannah. They worked extremely hard to satisfy your needs. The "dishonesty" and "disrespect" did not come from our end, and we say that with all due respect. While we were unable to satisfy you, we will continue to satisfy thousands of customers every year, as we always do. We wish you and your Mother the best of luck in your car search.
