After taking their word that the check engine light meant

After taking their word that the check engine light meant we needed to replace the engine for $20k, and days later they added a clutch cylinder (that was one year old) to the repair, went to pick it up and the convertible top didn't work. They tried to blame us. We took their word what we needed to do but somehow now we're lying. Rude and ridiculous. They cannot seem to find out what is wrong with the convertible, have had it 10 days. We keep ubering to pick up the car (when they say it's done) and then find out it really isn't fixed. How hard is it to try the convertible to see if it works! Terrible service! I'll update tomorrow if we get the car back after 4 weeks.

I was in the process of helping my daughter and son in

I was in the process of helping my daughter and son in law purchase a vehicle. a week ago. The process started by Joaquin went well at first and then he failed to followup with us and kept putting us off for details about the submission of the credit report. He kept sayinf he would follow up and we never heard from him. I had to call the finance manager Shami, who was amazing. He got all the documents ready and we signed them digitally, which was our preference. Secondly the sales manaher, Louis Leon stepped in, apologized profusely and made some concessions for us. He lliterally saved the deal. He treated my family like royalty. If it was not for him we would have gone to another dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership. I believe the heart of the dealership is service and respect for buyers. They are also very fair in Pricing! Oick a good dalesperson and buy with confidence! Sonya L. Thompson

As a former car salesman myself, I have strong opinions

As a former car salesman myself, I have strong opinions on car salespeople in general. They’re the same opinions you have. But I will admit that Tomaris totally won me over. The definition of above and beyond. He’s the type of salesman that you follow to a different brand if he leaves! Find out what the customer cares about, solve that, make it easy, make it enjoyable. It almost doesn’t matter that I really like the car. This was a much better experience than I’m used to. Go see Tomaris!

I can’t even begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for Tomaris Hill. From the moment I called him, to the very first handshake, to signing on the dotted line and driving away in our TWO brand new vehicles, he was nothing short of amazing! He kept us informed throughout the whole process. The customer service, outstanding!
