I had such an amazing experience with Mr.Tate at my appointment to service my INFINITI…He was highly knowledgeable, kind and patient and answered all of my questions and quieted each and every one of my concerns..It was by far one of the best, if not thee best experience I’ve had getting my car serviced.The waiting area was clean and the staff was kind.They had refreshments and coffee, which was a kind gesture. To sum everything up I had a spectacular experience and my car is now driving amazingly!

Car not fixed, problem not resolved. Oil change reminder not reset after service. Quite sure no one test drove the vehicle.

Great job, oil change was good. My car wasn't wash or clean like it usually is but okay.
