Nice experience
Cars were close, they honored the price we locked down through USAA, friendly environment. get to do the paperwork out in the open lobby instead of a cramped office. Favorite dealership out of the 5 or 6 we visited which included non honda dealerships. Liked 5 day return policy. Kids and parents liked the coffee/hot chocolate machine. Natasha and manager Rose helped us through a late evening purchase. Price was on the higher end but we got the honda certified which may make up the difference.

Civic bliss
Gladys was great to deal with. Very understanding and flexible as we sorted through multiple types of vehicles. Car prep time was reasonable minimizing the standing around time. Christian sealed the deal after the purchase making sure we were comfortable with the selection and terms. A+

Fast, superior service
I had to have my '05 Civic towed to Planet Honda & they were incredibly helpful, professional, & quick to service my car. They were able to diagnose it right away, tell me exactly how much it would cost to repair, & explained my other options as well.
