My experience at Honda Carland was excellent! The professionalism and customer service was next level! Tarik Green took time to answer all of my questions and help me find the perfect Honda Accord. If you are in the market for a vehicle Tarik is the guy to see!

Worst experience ever! Bought a new Ridgeline at Honda...
Worst experience ever! Bought a new Ridgeline at Honda Carland and from day 1 it was downhill. No prep had been done on my vehicle when picking it up, then began a series of electronic issues that Service couldn’t get right. After more visits than required to qualify for lemon law, the GM gave me his word they would make it right with a different vehicle. I was patient for 2 1/2 months and making payments on a truck that continued to have problems. I discovered that the GM had no intention of making it right. Honda Corp washes their hands saying the dealership is privately owned. I was left with 0 options other than going to Ford and trading it in for a great deal.

Honda car land did not keep their word

We worked with Ryan and he was super friendly and helpful. Even though the car I wanted wasn’t on their lot, he took the time to recommend me to a former colleague at another dealership. This was exceptional as most people wouldn’t do that, they’d want the sale all to themselves. He put my wants/needs first and I really appreciated it. Would definitely recommend him to family and friends!

Never again will I do business at Honda car land.
Purchased the CR-V June first, third time back for repair. Met with finance person who is rude, disrespectful, arrogant, dismissive, and pompous. I’ll never recommend doing business there.
