After making an appointment and having no less than three calls from Palmer confirming my appt, got to the dealership to be told 'they don't have appointments'. They didn't have the tires we ordered. One poor guy was checking people in and out while no less than 7 folks stood around doin NOTHInG. Inside, the manager was yelling at other workers. We had an email confirming our non existent appointment and had to get 2 managers to approve honoring the price we received online by the service manager (here on site). Seriously inefficient. At the time of writing this, I am looking at 6 folks leaning on the wall in he service entrance drive. Come at your own risk and don't have a tight schedule.

James Akins is the man!!
I purchased a vehicle from Palmer Dodge back in may 2016 but an accident involving a teen driver totaled my vehicle just a few months later. I had such a good experience with James Akins and the rest of the Palmer team that I knew that's where I wanted to purchase a replacement vehicle. I contacted James and let him know about the situation. He immediately exspessed how he was sorry that happened his disbelief in the situation. I let him know that I saw another vehicle online that I was interested in and he immediately when to confirm that the vehicle was there and had it pulled up front waiting on me to come check it out. The car was priced higher than what I wanted to and he went to work for me to get the best deal possible, even at his own exspense (I think he received a bit of a tongue lashing for all that he was doing on my behalf). He got the deal done!! Because of my tight schedule we were able to transfer a majority of the info over the phone so when I came in the process would be quick and easy. And that's exactly what it was. I couldn't be happier with my new car or the service that I receive by James Akins and the rest of the Palmer team.

Great Experience Working with James Akins
James Akins did an excellent job of communicating with me and following up with what we agreed too. He knew the product he was selling very well. He offered me a fair traded in value for my vehicle. I am very happy with my Jeep and the whole experience of working with James.

Way to hustle!
I brought the family down for Monster Jam (monster truck show) and had a 2 1/2 hr window to work with purchasing a truck. Thanks James Akins for the helpful service and speed that you got everything taken care of. So far I'm happy with the truck, happy with the service, etc...

Being that person that really hates to deal with car salesmen, I must say Jay Hott changed my mind . He was so easy to deal with and genuinely concerned about my needs and wants . He respected the budget I told him I need to stay in and went above and beyond to help me. I didn't purchase a car on my first visit but that didn't stop Jay from following up with me . I ended up going back to purchase the jeep I wanted from Jay because he made me feel comfortable and truly valued me as a customer . If your in the market for a new vehicle go and see him. I promise you that you won't be disappointed!

Best salesman
On 02-22-17 I drove into palmer dodge in Roswell to help my son find a pick up truck. I was so dirty coming from construction work. I was met by Mr. Taylor who didn't judge me for my appearance but asked kindly if he could be of service. I explain to Mr. Taylor that I was helping my son choose a pickup truck that wasn't to expensive. He stated he would help me in my quest. He pointed out a pickup truck that he thought would help with our budget. I was so surprised how helpful he was. I like what he suggested and my son bought the pickup that he can afford with no effort but with respect and kindness. We are thankful to Palmer dodger for emphasizing To their salesman how important it is to be professional and how to only sale vehicles based on people's budget and not talk them into something they can't afford.
