The service managers are great (communicate regularly,

The service managers are great (communicate regularly, always professional) but I question the thoroughness of the techs. I had a standard oil change and tire rotation. As I was about to leave, I noticed not all of the lugnuts were tightened as part of the tire rotation. 1 was visibly loose, stuck well pass the Lug hole. It was placed by hand but never tightened. I had to get the service manager to track down a tech to fix this and to check the tech a few time to check the other wheel nuts, which he didn't. I finally got my own wrench out and checked myself before leaving. Also, the key for my wheel locks is never returned (happens every visit) & I have to wait for someone to track down as they couldn't find the tech who worked on my car. Get a better system for tracking the wheel keys to avoid ppl leaving without it.
