The customer service is second to none and having higher end vehicles for such a reasonable price is hard to find. Disappointed
I bought a used bmw in November 2019, I questioned the engine sounds and was told it was normal that they checked ALL their cars. Well two months later two mechanics told me I need several things for my car. Up to $7000 worth of work. I did pay for the extended warranty... but of course it covers nothing. I’m so disappointed I thought this place was honest and wouldn’t try to screw a single mom trying to get a good reliable vehicle. I did contact the manager and of course got no response. Again just really disappointed.

I primarily worked with Luca, he was extremely helpful. Often, the stigma of dealerships is that they are trying to get over on you, I felt none of that here! The entire situation was very accommodating and smooth sailing. I strongly encourage anyone to do business at European Engineering!

My only place to buy a vehicle
I have purchased three vehicles from European Engineering, and have zero complaints. The vehicles themselves are always well prepared, and the staff is fantastic. The last two times, I worked with Dennis Shea. He is straightforward, honest, and helped explain every aspect of the process (including driving this new X5 that was like a spaceship compared to my old one!) I will most certainly be back again... and again!

Dennis is awesome!! European Engineering is one of the best dealerships around. They are honest and helpful. They are not trying to sell you a car that you’re not interested in. My mom has been a customer for years and I just bought a car and I am totally satisfied.
