Lemons
I bought a vehicle from these scam artists 2 months ago. They claimed they performed a service and everything was perfect. They also claimed that all Mercedes shift hard coming out of park. Turns out that was a LIE because I've had to replace the transmission control module and the brakes less than two months after the purchase on a vehicle with 40k miles. The extra key and ambient lights don't all work either. The vehicle broke down on the highway and got ya stuck for 5 hours. They said they would look at it to fix it... at full price. They knew they sold me a lemon that was a problem and then let me pay thousands to fix it. Unless you have thousands of dollars to throw away steer clear of these people.

Friendly and accommodating
Found the Audi TT Road Roadster I was looking for. Dennis, our salesman, was very accommodating and professional. Recommend European engineering! Drove down from Maine, but found the car I wanted.

Efficient, quick, excellent, polite
Dennis was excellent in helping us. We knew what we had wanted and what we were trying to do. Dennis was accommodating and helping us to make it happen! We were in and out in only a couple hours and the deal was done. This our family’s 5th or 6th car from here. We will be coming back

Very easy experience

Purchased Toyota Sienna with my Mom
My mom, my brother and I went to the dealership on the 9th of Nov, after Dennis Shea contacted me and asked if I was interested on seeing and test driving the vehicle that I had seen on line. Even though I looked at the car on line I was not initially keen on driving an hour to see the car, but Dennis was very forthcoming and an absolute professional on the phone and answered all my questions openly. So I trusted that it might not be a waste of time and it was not. Dennis delivered on everything he promised and was an absolute pleasure through out this process. He even offered to drop a part off that needed to be replaced on the car to Malden so we don't have to drive to Framingham. There is no doubt that the first place I would go next time I am looking to buy a car is to Dennis and he will be recommended to people I know. It was the most pleasant experience I ever had buying a car. Seriously, above and beyond!
