I cant say enough wonderful things about Damone Newton

I cant say enough wonderful things about Damone Newton and Matt Kaissieh. Their expertise and customer service were amazing! Damone went above and beyond to explain the car in detail, make sure that I felt comfortable and not pressured and made the transaction smooth and timely. I always DREAD going to a car dealership as a woman but I felt respected and appreciated. All parties associated with this transaction at this dealership were respectful and helpful. I am so thankful that I drove the 1.5 hours to this specific dealership. I hope this review helps others to make the same great decision!

Great experience.

Great experience. Elizabeth is a jewel. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. Walked me through the features. She was also very accommodating to my schedule. Kept great communication and got me in and out of the dealership in under 45 minutes. Wonderful experience and highly recommended.

Dealer sold us what appears to be lemon-aide.

Dealer sold us what appears to be lemon-aide. Said they performed an inspection on the GMC Acadia we purchased no more than 3 months ago. If so, it was a very bad one. Transmission needs to be replaced (fluid in it as well). Brakes and shoes need replacing. Engine mounts need replacing. And needs an alignment. Brakes and alignment I'll chalk up to use (although 3 months is kind of soon). Luckily, we had insight to purchase extended warranty. Transmission and engine work SHOULD BE covered (we'll see). Only reason they get the extra star was salesperson was very nice... and even if it isn't a mom & pop used car lot, wait till the weekday and still get your own inspection!

Hello Mr. Brown, we're of course sorry to hear that you're having trouble but glad to hear you've purchased a warranty. Due to the age of the vehicle, this was sold as an 'as-is' vehicle, we don't do the same 167 point inspection that we do on our CPO vehicles (per your paperwork). We did not note any kind of transmission issues when we test drove the vehicle and we did disclose that the brakes were at 6MM when you purchased the vehicle, which are more than half-life and very safe to drive on. Again, we're sorry to hear of the issues. We hope you have a good day!
