Very pleasant environment.

Very pleasant environment. Everyone that we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We didn’t feel rushed in making our decision to purchase a Q60 Infiniti. Best experience in purchasing a car that we have had.

The follow up is very disappointing and lack luster, please don't br fooled by previous reviews. Customer service should be any companies best attribute. No customer wants to be left in the wind after you've ran there credit it's unacceptable

Very disappointed with how I was treated at this

Very disappointed with how I was treated at this dealership. I made an appointment early in the day of arrival to look at a few of the vehicles they had in stock. When I arrived it was like I never called. I was shuffled around to 3 different sales people, all of which said they had someone else that showed up after me. Finally I just said, you know what, I'm out. Apparently I wasn't dressed a certain way, or maybe because I'm a woman, but obviously they didn't take me very seriously. I came in pre-qualified and with cash. Now, I'm not sure I want to do business with a dealership that doesn't appreciate my business. Shame on you Roswell Infiniti.

What an awesome experience from start to finish.

What an awesome experience from start to finish. I purchased an Infiniti from out of state. I communicated with Kristen througout the process, and when I arrived I dealt with Wendell. They immediately made me feel like family, and I felt good about my purchase the moment I stepped into the dealership. Everyone was friendly, and I was excited about traveling to this dearlership to make this purchase. I wish I was local, I would definitely use them again and again. What a great purchasing explerience from start to finish.

This dealership is a scam.

This dealership is a scam. I would not recommend them to anyone . Don’t let the service advisor man by the name of FREDY F. RENTERIC or Asst. Service Manager SCOTT OWENS help you with any transaction. They don’t care about the customers . They should not even represent INFINITI. I am definitely getting a lawsuit prepared against them. The trauma I experienced is unreal.I promise this will not happen to any other customer .

Thank your for your multiple reviews. Like we said before, whoever had replaced your brake pads prior to you arriving for service had never machined your rotors, hence the reason for the vibration, and the reason you brought it to us in the first place. They also cross threaded and damaged the caliper bolts, so as soon as we took them off, they could not be retightened, preventing re-assembly. It seems whoever worked on your vehicle prior to you bringing it to our location was not trained to do so and created a bigger problem. We also do a multi-point inspection on every vehicle and make recommendations for the health of your vehicle and the safety of its occupants. You are not required to make said repairs, but it would be a disservice to our customers if we don't communicate our findings. Please remember, we completed your caliper repair and charged you no labor to do so, as a courtesy.

You schemed and tried to be slick just to get money. I came to you to check the vibration in my front when I come to a complete stop. At first you said it was the brakes and rotors . You also said you used a special tool that detects if they need to be replaced and never had to take them off. How you get from that to taking my entire car apart and telling me you can put it back together because the lug nuts were swollen. Any one can tell when something is swollen because it shows clearly by erupting in size. If that was the case why touch it or take it off knowing you was not going to be able to put it back together. Straight rip off. When I brought my car it was running Gn smoothed , no service lights on and running well with no issues. You said it was the rotors , brakes , Tires, engine Mount and etc.When I declined service then you want to say you can not put my car back together.I drove it to Infiniti dealer with no issues. I was definitely going to drive from the dealer having my car in the same shape. I have been going to Atlanta Infiniti for 3 years and had just gone to them to check the same thing and the machine that does diagnostic did say back brakes and rotors but none of the lies you all told. All of this scheming just to get money.Now my car is running like the muffler is coming off , loud , smoking and check engine light. Soon as I drive off the lot. When I called back to tell y’all about the problem FREDY service adviser want to deny or take any responsibility for the foolishness knowing nothing was wrong with my car initially. A real professional would have never told me they didn’t do anything and say it was nothing that can be done. That’s bad business and unethical. Stop trying to over charge people and scheme to get money. Be responsible and stop it.It don’t matter what you didn’t charge me . That’s because I declined the job that went from $800-$5,000.That’s insane.My car have never ran like a truck in the entire 3 years I have had it. You should not represent Infiniti FREDY or OWENS.

Friendly Maintenance w/Great Service

The Roswell Infinity has a professional, friendly staff. Early in the day my car needed a jump, so I called to make a same day appointment. I showed up early and was brought right in. The maintenance manager said there would be an engine check up and offered to lend me a car to go about my day. That was great. A couple of hours later, my car had a new battery which was under warranty and a clean car was delivered to me with a smile. I highly recommend this dealership to lease or buy a car.
