Update: a year later with my car and i’ve gotten a flat tire, current 7:51am, called the service team & after waited 12mins for someone to pickup the phone I was rudely told that they could not do anything & that I would have to wait until 9am for the sales team to come in…. Now what the xxxx does the sales team have to do with my flat tire? My biggest mistake would be purchasing this vehicle.. it was a used toyota 2019… should’ve known better & purchased from toyota right down the street.. save your money, the customer service here is trash. Shoutout to the service guy who answered and took a huge sigh on the phone when he initially picked up… i understand people have bad days but we need to know when & where to express that energy. Note: Dont sign up for extended warranty… especially if you have to be somewhere at 9am & the SALES TEAM does not arrive until 9am… imagine needing a service but the sales team needs to be present for it… xxx is this. Lucky i cant leave 0 stars. Its them only reaponding to 5star reviews for me… speaks volumes!

Awesome Dealership in Snellville

Jamale and Cory were wonder to us. Could not ask fir better staff. They sealed the deal for us. They took time with us, we drove several cars, and they made sure we found the car we were going to be comfortable with.

Worst Car Buying Experience!!

Bought a CRV 3 wks ago, took it back within a wk to get a recall fixed, got it back smelling like gas that didn’t go away and after going back and forth 3 times for them to remedy the smell was forced into getting a more expensive vehicle which had scratches and they told me to bring it back for them to fix, after going back to get the car..the scratch was only deepened, they just made it worse and more visible. I’ve been to this dealership just about everyday for the past 3 weeks. Very inconvenient and no compensation or anyone acting like they cared…just a bunch of unprofessional people and I’ve bought 4 cars there so one would think they’d be more helpful…terrible. Haven’t been able to enjoy neither one of the cars I just bought! Awful!!

STAY AWAY FROM HERE

Poor customer service! We purchased a Honda in cash in July, but no title received to date. I had to call the dealership title department which indicated they had a stack of titles, but had not went through the titles to complete registration with the state. If I did not call, my teenage son would be driving around with an EXPIRED TAG/REGISTRATION!!!! I called the state and the state indicated the dealership has not complete the required steps to get the care registered. Now, I have to take off of work to get an extension for the car!

I had very very bad experience with this place.

My complain is about the inadequate and unsatisfactory service I received from your service departement. Not one time but most of the time. I do not recommend this place to anyone...

Totally rip off dealership do not trust dealershi

Such a rip off dealership save your time and trouble dealing with this dealership. Poor unethical customer service. From salesmen to mgr, and finance Dept.

Very dishonest people

The service department is a joke. Mike and the manager Joe johnson were very dishonest. You will be very very smart to go to another service department for sure. Mike tries to talk to minorities in a way that he may think is cool. "what up my man" . Hey "my brother". but i observed that he doesn't talk that way to all people. Very ignorant and unprofessional. don't take a chance at this place, its tooooooo many other choices.
