Amazing

This dealership is amazing. We were helped promptly and the entire experience was thrilling. Bobby Q helped us and I highly recommend him if you’re in the market for a car. He truly does care about the customer, not just the sale.

Stay Away - Poor New Car Buying Experience

Our experience with this dealer when buying our new CR-V was poor - between issues with their computer systems making our new car purchase take over 4 hours, and losing the license plate from our trade in when they said they would mail it to us (we asked specifically before leaving the lot), I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere for a better experience on a new Honda purchase (you won't have to look very hard). There are quite a few other Honda dealers in Atlanta that will treat you much better and go the extra mile, even if Carey Paul Honda won't.

Awesome!!!!

Best Car buying experience thus far!!! I would recommend Bobby to anyone. Amazing customer service skills, and he makes sure he gets the job done!!!! Will be back soon.

Had an great experience and left with amazing cars

Carey Paul Honda dealership: You should definitely try to go here if you are looking for great cars and amazing deals! The service was amazing informed us about all the different benefits! Our sales person Bobby Qureshi did a fabulous job showing us different cars and explaining everything that was needed! Thanks for the amazing service!

Great Experience!

A few weeks ago, my vehicle was totalled in an accident. I was absolutely dreading buying a new vehicle as it has not always been a positive experience in the past. My experience at Carey Paul Honda was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was very friendly and accomodating. My salesman, Chris Ruf, was very patient with all my questions and was attentive to my needs during the entire process. He took the time to ensure I understood every step and walked me through each feature on the CR-V I was looking at. The finance manager I worked with, Paul Davis, worked to accommodate my finance needs on a personal level. He was both professional and pleasant as he made sure I had a clear understanding of everything I was purchasing and the papers I was signing. A few days after purchasing my vehicle, Mr. Ruf contacted me to thank me for my business and offer his services should I need any help in the future. I assured him I absolutely love my new 2018 CR-V and will contact him with any vehicle needs I may have. Overall, the level of service I received was excellent and I highly recommend Carey Paul Honda to everyone.

My salesman was nick he was very professional, very knowledgeable very honest and fast I was literally in and out from start to finish he made me feel very comfortable with my choice and it was the best car buying experience ever THANK YOU nick!! Also to the whole staff thank you all!

Excellent Service !!

Just purchased 2018 Accord, Bobby gave us best deal & provide excellent service. He was so helpful throughout process. I strongly recommend him. Sales manager Ted also great help.

Awful Car Buying Experience -

I visited Carey Paul Honda about a month and a half ago. I went to check out a 2014 Honda Civic with 30k miles. I told the middle-aged black american man exactly what I was looking for and he brought me a 2012 Honda Civic with 75k miles. I agreed to test drive the car after some convincing and was completely unimpressed. I expressed my concerns with the lack of acceleration, lack of pedal response, condition of the interior, mileage, etc. I told him that I liked the car but was not interested in buying it. He brought me back inside and sat me down, left to draw up some papers and returned with a contract. He told me he could get me into the car for $15,XXX. I was NOT interested in the car whatsoever and had expressed this. I reminded him that I was not interested in the car - especially not at that price. He was visibly annoyed and angry. I agreed to see how much credit I would be approved for - but was not aware that my credit would have to be ran for this. I told them that I had no credit and gave him my income information - I thought this was sufficient (this was my first car buying experience). I've received 4 "Denial" letters since this visit and they all have mentioned Carey Paul Honda's name on them. My credit score has also been affected by this visit. I ended up leaving after the sales manager tried to convince me to buy the car. I mean I never even showed interest in the car. There's nothing I did to make them believe I was even slightly interested. Why didn't you just show me a car that I wanted to see? I would've purchased it! I purchased a car from another dealership that same day! Ya blew it! It should also be noted that this entire experience from arrival to leaving took about 25 minutes. At the other dealer, I spent 25 minutes just driving the car and checking it out! The sales manager was very nice here, but the sales guy was very rushed, incompetent and inexperienced.
