Westgate Imports

I got a call from some sales person and they offered me a price, the next day they are offering the same vehicle for $1500+. And when I told there are other dealers as well, the person said to buy from them and disconnected the call. I am sure other people who have reviewed are putting the same reviews for this dealership

We were set to buy their 2014 Chrysler T&C and after taking it to our mechanic we found a transmission leak, rear seal (repair cost around $800 due to the labor). After letting Westgate know they offered to split the cost with us or they would take off $300 and sell it as is. They would not simply fix the issue before selling this vehicle. That would have been the right thing to do. They've had this vehicle for around 80 days and I wonder if that is the reason. It was concerning that a company is very willing to sell you a product that has a known issue and wouldn't prefer to fix it before putting it on their lot.

This was the first time I?d ever been car shopping, and I was pleased with my experience at Westgate Imports. Sam and Nabil were friendly and accommodating. I decided to purchase a car from Westgate rather than a larger car lot, and I think it was a better decision for me.

I have run across few businesses that have impressed me as much as Westgate in a combination of their sales, service, and quality. We have purchased two used cars from them and I would not hesitate to buy another. After we purchased the car, they went above and beyond to ensure we were happy even after the sale was complete. They have a customer for life in us.

Was looking for a used car, visited westgate imports and i was very surprised. They have a great selection and they are very knowledgeable and helpful. Did not feel pressured to buy and they were very patient with me esp because i had my one year old son with me! If your looking for a used car this is the best place to go. Ask for sam or brad they are great!

Went looking for a nice vehicle and found one here that fit our needs. After taking it to our local mechanic there was a good amount of rust under the vehicle. Not feeling comfortable with the rust we returned the car and our salesman tried to do everything in his power to get it fixed and seal the deal. Five minutes later after Lumas, salesman, talked to his manager the manager came out and told us he could not come off the car anymore. Being that we never asked for additional money off and we were just returning the car, he seemed to get mad and tell us "Well the deal is off the table anyway. I should have never offered you that car at that price and even if you change your mind the deal is off". No need to be so RUDE and no worries because I will NEVER be back. Again, Lumas we great and we went across the street and purchased a new vehicle from him at a different lot.

I had a great experience at westgate imports. They were quick, friendly, We made a deal quickly, went over things I wanted done to a used car and then financing was quick and painless...I worked wit Sam in sales and Kevin in financing. Both were great. I highly recommend them and will buy from them again.

This was a great experience until two days. I was really interested in buying a hero wrangler and it was going smoothly until they asked me for my vin number. I sent it to them TWICE and never got a response after that

Highly recommend Westgate Imports. We found the sales experience very good - not pushy, very courteous and professional. We found the car we wanted and the purchase process was quite easy. After we had the car for a few days, there was a problem with it. We called Westgate and they said bring it in and let their service department take a look at it, even though we bought the vehicle As Is - No Warranty. Westgate ended up making the repairs on our car for no charge. They did not have to do this and the fact that they did speaks volumes about how they do business and how they value their customers. Sam (sales) and Justin (GM) were great to work with. I will certainly look at Westgate first when I next need to purchase a vehicle.
