My Experience at Capitol Cadillac

My experience was excellent!!! I arrived somewhat early and certainly expected to wait, but was spoken to and taken care of immediately. My service advisor was Pamela Butler, who extended friendliness, courtesy, and expertise. Within about fifteen minutes and a minimum of paperwork, I was on my way with a beautiful loaner car. My work was done in a timely manner and my car returned to me a few hours later, all items addressed and taken care of. Repairs

I have been dealing with Capital Cadillac for years, this experience was the same as always. My Service advisor was Lee, he did a great job. I spoke with his supervisor and said the same. When you have a problem with your car and need to take it to get repairs it is always good to speak to someone who has patience and understands you concerns. I get that when I deal with Capital Cadillac. As we all know when the service is not good there are many complaints and people are reported, I feel Just as people are reported when a job is not well done we need to report jobs that are well done.

Great, courteous service

Always go out of your way to get me going quickly. Loaner cars are a big help, as I do not have time to wait for service and rentals took forever.

Dealing with strange noise in the wheels

I called my advisor, Glen Turner, about a morning noise in the wheels. He asked me to leave the car with him overnight. He provided me with a courtesy XTS. The next day he called to say it had been completed and it was delivered to me when I arrived to pick it up..

Our experience with Robert Pusatere was excellent. He was gracious in his welcome and quickly perceived our level of knowledge and interest and spoke directly to our needs. This was not typical of other dealership visits.

Cooperation between Sales and Service with Buyer

Engine warning light, after being repaired previously, occurred again. Brad Aull, sales rep. and Cliff Pilson, service advisor, arranged for a loaner vehicle, kept my car for several days after repair to ascertain if second repair fixed the problem and then delivered my car to my residence, Hiawassee, GA. Cooperation internally and with me was superb. Problem fixed!

easy, efficient, pleasant visit

just routine maintenance. pleasant place to wait, near the new cars so I could browse, ask questions about the erv. good wifi. that's all I need.
