Was greeted by a very nice older gentleman.

Was greeted by a very nice older gentleman. People in the service dept were right on time. Was told an hour and a half and in an hour and a half my Keyes were in my hand. Everyone was very friendly and professional. First time we ever felt this way with any dealership service department.

My service advisor, David Schweitzer, is great.

My service advisor, David Schweitzer, is great. He is pleasant, kind, patient and a joy to deal with. He makes sure I understand everything and he keeps me updated concerning my vehicle. He is a keeper and I would definitely refer everyone to him.

I recently brought my 2019 HRV Sport in for an oil

I recently brought my 2019 HRV Sport in for an oil change. It was free of charge, including the multpoint inspection. I was very comfortable while it was being serviced. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Before I knew it, the car was done, and I was on my way.

The wait was quite long for an inspection and oil change.

The wait was quite long for an inspection and oil change. We waited two hours and a half to learn the car fail inspection and needed all the rotors and brakes replaced. The price was also extremely expensive so we took the car to a local Honda mechanic where the price was only $1063. Including new wipers.
