I am impressed with the professionalism of Carl Whipple.

I am impressed with the professionalism of Carl Whipple. He was in constant contact with us during our purchase. We told him what our wishes were and he made it happen. He has also been in contact with us several times after the purchase. That to me says the best customer service. What a great personality and no question was unanswered. We did not know how to install the Nissan App. Carl walked us through it step by step. This man is an asset to your company and made the whole purchase easy. I can't say enough about Carl and the most pleasant experience we had in our lives purchasing a car. We have had several cars and were never treated this good. We a great experience and what a great dealership. I serious would suggest to everyone I know to contact this dealership and of course ask for Carl. The man has a big personality and I can't say enough great things about him and this experience. My wife and I were so over the top pleased with everything! I wish I could give the dealership more than 5 stars. Nissan has an amazing staff at this location.
