James Pullen a great service advisor
Having ones vehicle serviced is not the most pleasant experience you can have owning a car. I visited Conyers Nissan recently to get an oil changed on my Infiniti G37X. Nothing major, but James my service advisor treated me as though I was spending major money on services. He walked me around my vehicle pointing out the current conditions regarding my vehicle as he saw and questioning my assessment of my car, I like that. After he let me know what to expect and how long I would be there. I was led to a customer care area and offered refreshments and snacks if needed very clean and comfortable, magazines and a large flat screen TV. A children’s area was available for children. He stopped by at least 4 times during my 45min wait. My car was washed and tires shined. Just for a oil change, I definitely got my moneys worth. James is a keeper

Prompt, polite, professional and timely . I would recommend your services department to my friends and family. I was in and out in a timely manner received my bill through text and email. Aron answered all of my questions and returned my phone call in a timely manner.

Purchase of 2019 Altima at Conyers Nisson
My wife and I purchased a new Atima automobile at Conyers Nisson and enjoyed the experience. Vincent (Vince) J Resko was the Sales Associate who sold the automobile; Jake Meissner, was the Management Representative; and Pamela (Pam) Jones was the Finance Official. My wife and I enjoyed the professionalism and the courtesy all of these Nisson Employees. We previously purchased a New 2014 Sentra from Vince Resko in 2014 and prompted by a telephone call from Vince, he convinced us that we needed a new 2019 Altima. Last year he convinced my daughter and her husband to purchase a new Rogue SUV. It is difficult to say no to Vince Resko. We appreciate Vince and his excellent service.at the time we purchased the 2014 Sentra and during this latest purchase of the 2019 Altima, and we commend him as a great person and outstanding representative of Conyers Nisson.

Customer service, knowledgeable,concerned for our needs.
It has been over 15 years since I bought a new car. I have never dealt with Nissan. But I was pleased to be serviced in this day and age by someone who seem to me to enjoy what they were doing, knowing their job, and cared about servicing others. Some people today don't show respect or common courtesy. I found extreme respect and common courtesy here.
