Overall satisfied with my buying experience. We had a list of specific options and color we wanted in a used Camry and Lynch had one and was not too far from where we live in NH. Their processing fee seemed a little high and the salesperson did not have a good understanding of the car’s features but we did like the vehicle and the price was fair.

Will never come back to Lynch!
Will never come back to Lynch! The absolute worst dealership with the worst customer service. Went to buy a 60,000$ Toyota Tacoma which when picked had faulty paint job. Mentioned it the day before that color looked off but the truck was driven from New York and according to them was just dirt. On day of pick up color on doors was different from color of the body of the truck. Of course no managment to speak with because they hide when problems arise. We ended up walking away from the truck that was going to bought cash. Will never do business with lunch again. Trust is gone!!!!

Sales person was great we like the vehicle we do not like
Sales person was great we like the vehicle we do not like the antiquated technology the vehicle has. We had an 07 vehicle with better technology. It could tell the difference between driver one and driver two without having to physically change the settings.

I brought my prius to them because I had a Hybrid system
I brought my prius to them because I had a Hybrid system failure message on my dash and my obd reader only scanned water pump as the cause. Lynch confirmed that this was caused by a faulty water pump. I told them I had replaced the water pump 8wks prior due to a warning light that teased out to a dying water pump. I gave them the go ahead to replace it for $800-ish. They took the pump off and the technician said I had over tightened the bolts causing them to be stripped requiring a new timing chain cover and pump at the cost of $4400. I had the car towed home and found only 2 of the 5 bolt holes were mildly damaged (gummed up mostly) and cleaned them up with a tap and die set I bought online. Why would they have offered this service? Dishonest? Did the job again with OEM parts and again did not over tighten the bolts. (Toyota calls for 17ft/lb ea., which I did both times!) Be VERY CAUTIOUS with this service department. This review is not uncommon from what I've read before posting. Granted, people love their sales department and that is likely the reason they have the 4+ star rating they do. Toyotas are great cars, but do not get them serviced here. I trust you read this because you want to know what it is like to have your car serviced here, so here is my experience.

BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT. They’ve diagnosed my cars twice and tried to soak me for simple repairs both times. I’ve had two very unpleasant and separate experiences there.
